Great value to keep your valuables safe!

Great item for sliding doors and gates. Works perfectly and keeps doors and gates locked down tight with or with out a lock. Kids even know how to use them properly!

It works great once it's installed

It works great once it's installed, but look at the image . . . the piece that goes under the handle is not small and needs room to slip out of the handle and get out of the way when the gate is opened. Also, each piece needs to be installed very close to the gate opening. It wasn't a problem on the side of the gate that swing out, but we also installed one on the inside of the gate (which swings in), and one piece slightly scrapes the gate no matter how it's installed. Overall, I like it a lot, but I think the latch piece ("L") should be about an inch longer.

Works well

Good product, affordable. We have installed half a dozen of them over the last few years of farm gates and barn doors. There are not many choices when you need a gate latch that is fairly heavy duty.

Good product for shifting ground

Durable, good price point, have trouble keeping latches adjusted due to shifting ground. I think this will fix the problem. Just be sure to leave room for the tab on the coupler side.

Good for Horse Stall

Worked well for a stall door! My 1500 pound Draft Cross has gone through several, but this is still holding up.
