Flying geese are flying well !!!!!

This is exceptional and sturdy. The markings on it are nothing short of wonderful--every measurement you could want is on this handy-dandy little gem. I use it to make perfect flying geese and to cut off a corner of a block to insert a strip that matches other blocks also made out of crumbs. This gives an intentional look instead of the eye seeing "leftovers." I NEVER waste fabric. And I make some beautiful and lovely quilts out of "scraps" that no one else wants. I'm a happy gal !!!! Thanks for the wonderful little gadget. :)

Greatest little tool!

This little tool is the greatest little tool for making half square triangles. It should be an addition to every quilter's tool bag.

It Works

Used for half square triangles for quilting. I am a lefty and I had to learn to use it upside down and backwards from the typical use. Maybe the company could make a lefty version. Overall it works well once you get used to it. A very handy tool and esp. great for right handed people.

It helps get a triangle

Works as expected. Would recommend going slow when cutting to avoid an operator error. I chipped the corner off with my blade.

Perfect for 2.5 HST from jelly rolls!

I used it for making 2.5 HST from 2.5 inch strips, which until now Indidnt think was possible! Perfect for jelly rolls. I always thought you needed at least a 2 7/8 square, but this works with that little yellow triangle hanging below the jelly roll. Helped me use up my stash.

Works as advertised

I bought this specialty ruler for a class because it was recommended by the instructor. I have made quilts for 20 years without it and could continue in the same way. But, it does make cutting certain shapes easier than using standard rulers.

Definitely great for quilting triangles!

Just what I needed! Definitely a must have for quilting triangles. Good quality materials. Well marked and easy to read. Has 1/4" seam allowance included for proper measurement.
