Works great!
Got this as a brooder for my chicks. Works great, lots of space. Don’t purchase used items as you really gamble on what you’re going to get I did this twice. The first one was broken and the second one was the wrong product. So just buy new.

Great for Guinea Pigs
Unboxing and setup is easy, and the size is Great! HOWEVER I do have a couple complaints, the plastic tray (floor) is flexible, it could stand being a little thicker plastic to make it more rigid. Next, is the large side door... The door sometimes gets caught, or aven comes loose because of the way it hooks to the main framework. Our 2 guinea pigs love love love it, and we look forward to getting the addition for it.

Good for the money
I've purchased this for my bunny Tofu. He loves it and in special he loves hiding in his "bedroom" or laying on his "veranda". Is pretty spacious for one bunny. If you have more than one, this cage will not do it. I think overall is a bit flimsy but is still okay. A bit of a challenge to install it; it took me about 15-20 min to put it together. But, I am pretty happy with my purchase and Tofu likes it. I would recommend it and I am giving it 4 stars out of 5.

Spacious and Cute
I have two pigs in this cage that live happily. Was about 5/10 difficulty to assemble. I didn’t put in the ramp/food dish but it fits in easily if you’d like.

The media could not be loaded. The cage is definitely bigger than the picture suggested which isn't a bad thing it's perfect for a little bunny definitely recommend over Any cage petsmart or petco has to offer this one comes with everything you need and then some the only issue I had was assembly it was a PAIN! Definitely not as "easy" as most are saying but the end result as you can see is what matters but Because of the work that went into it when it advertised easy assembly I can't give it 5 stars because it's far from it

Very HAPPY
Our Lyon Head rabbit loves her home. After 2 1/2 months we are very glad we got this for her. The size is perfect, enough room to run around. She spends most of the time on her shelf. Good size. She takes the feeder off so put her goodies on the built in bowl, spinach and carrots. Works good. She uses her hideout when she feels uncomfortable. Doesn't spend much time in there though. Very nice for her to have a secure place to go. The hay feeder is working good now that we found a small grate to put in so she couldn't pull all of the hay in all at once. Being able to open 1/2 of the cage to clean it is really really nice. Very convenient. She is comfortable in the cage and doesn't try to get out when it is open. The way the doors are engineered they are very easy to use. Easy to stay open and easy to lock closed. Also with the large opening it is easy to get her out for brushing and loving time. We would give this 10 stars. The sides are high enough to keep the litter in. Because she is on the shelf most of the time we are able to see her, so the sides being high is not a problem. The cage is very sturdy and well designed. Very little chewing on the plastic. It was very easy to put together. Instructions were good, understandable.

Bought for 2 Guinea pigs
Overall it's an alright cage . It's a little wobbly when assembled but I almost would expect that from a lower cost large cage . I am a little disappointed that my tray and hay feeder both came cracked . I saw a lot of other people had similar packaging/shipping issues so just be prepared for that.

Aveeagely Flimsy, but a good deal.
Got this basic model for my bunny. The price is decent. I was a little nervous about assembling it, because there were many negative reviews on the quality of their design - which, unfortunately, I would agree it. It takes A LOT OF STRENGTH to click things together. It was impossible to assemble the side walls at first, until I got creative and greased the hooks with some oil (basic olive oil).. Then with a mighty push that almost sent me flying, the wall finally clicked in. Hardest cage i have ever assembled in life for sure. Their wall design is not very smart. Why would you have a protruding edge on the inside of the cage? Do you not know that rabbits chew? Or whoever you're gonna put in there - will chew. Will eventually chew through that sharp edge sticking out along the wall. That said, i will take a picture in 3 months to show how this design endures the bunny. The side metal panels are quite sturdy, however the top is really soft ans bendy.. I would recommend just an extra arc or something, it can be easily reinforced. I really like how the entire side opens up, although it is quite flimsy. Luckily this cage is just for a temporary use before I return her to free roaming. The right cornered base makes the cage feel bigger, which is excellent! There are several more design flaws that really set the cages quality back, but if the seller does not bother imrpoving, then I wont bother explaining. Just know that this cage is averagely flimsy and hard to assemble, but a good deal on the market for its size and build. I did not regret buying it as it suits its purpose and my bunny loves it, and will lovingly destroy it - we'll see how endurable the cage is.

XL Cage & Extension PERFECT for my hedgehog!
Purchased the XL Cage & Extension for my hedgehog and it couldn't be any more perfect (because my hedgie isn't a climber). The extension is excellent for the potty/wheel area (I place recycled newspaper pellets there for Brucey to pee and poo in). Super easy to clean and the cage part fits those cheap WalMart fleece blankets folded in half almost perfectly! And it isn't an eye sore! Please ensure you know your hedgie before buying this as a lot of them are climbers and can injure themselves. (I do not use the accessories).

Would recommend for small bunnies
It's a bit of a nightmare to assemble (as you'll learn from several other reviews) but once it's together it functions quite well, other than some friction when trying to open the side doors sometimes. I don't have great faith in the longevity of the plastic clips you hook and unhook to open the doors, but they're fine for now and it's been a few weeks. Great size for my bunnies (two half mini lop, half lionheads) although might be a bit tight for two larger bunnies. Having said that, it was the biggest rabbit enclosure I could find (I also purchased the extender) and they have plenty of space to lay down and move around, as well as a separate area for a bathroom and for eating. Definitely necessary to let them out for a run around every day because there's not enough space for running or adorable binkys. Overall a good purchase.

Amazing
This cage is awesome almost 4 feet long without the extension which I will be buying 2 of. One to use as the litter area and one to make it just a bit bigger for her. This is for my little lion head dwarf rabbit and she loves it. She can’t be free roaming cause we have dogs but she does get out when supervised but primarily she will be in here so I want it as big as it can be.

expensive but decent cage
really nice cage, my bunny seems to like his new home a lot. love how there’s a built in hideaway, as well. set up was easy once you get the hang of it (just make sure you slide the first two side panels in until you hear a click — this would’ve saved me a LOT of time and frustration had I known that). the video shown here on amazon for the set-up was really helpful. Reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the hay rack as lots of hay falls through the bottom. I can’t complain too much because it came with the cage but still, I’m going to have to buy a different one
