Just the ticket when to Repair a damaged thread on a wheel stud!

These work great when a rocket scientist has damaged a wheel stud/bolt on a vehicle or a trailer loaded for vacation with the whole family in the tow vehicle and you need to drop everything before the world implodes and they admit they are already 4 hours late leaving. They work great, are really economical, and quick too! Purchase a Thread File in the proper pitch for your application too. You'll be glad you did.

Works!!!

Going to the tire shops, they torque the nuts so tight, it strips the treads on the studs. The dies cleans the treads up and a little anti seize and the nuts spin right on.

Not the best but good value

If your threads are only a little rough, and not damaged to the point of needing to be completely re-threaded, then these should be perfect for cleaning the threads back to near new condition. Was installing a new set of wheels and nuts, and wanted things back to close to new state, and these worked great. Only need the 1/2-20, but for only slightly more costs, have a set that fits all my vehicles.

Exactly as described

As one other user mentioned, the restorer nuts don't fit well in their individual foam cut outs. They were rolling around when delivered, but that doesn't change how they work. The price was good, and the product was good. Would buy again if needed.
