They thought about almost everything
I am brand new to biking and my brother recommended me buying some tools and recommend Feedback tools. I ended up going with the larger kit thinking eventually I would need all these tools. I've used my tool kit many times taking care my bike, my wife's bike, and my sons by bike. I am very pleased with the kit and would recommend it yo anybody who's going to service their own bikes that they buy this kit. I wish this kit came with pliers.

Lots of tools, quality questionable.
Great array of tools but the chain tool snapped upon first use. Customer service was responsive but ultimately unhelpful.

Very nice tool kit
This is a very nice tool kit for the price. I looked at many different kits on Amazon before selecting this kit. It came in a nice sturdy box as shown in the attached photos. The zippered case makes it easy to grab and go when you are heading out for a ride. The case has 2 flip-out panels. One has three 3-ended Allen wrenches and the other has open slots for additional tools. Their website shows these spots filled with optional T-handle Allen wrenches. The flip-out panels are held in by velcro strips and can be removed. The fit and finish of the case is good and the tools fit in the case well. The quality of the tools appears to be very good. Many of the tools have a chromed finish. Some of the fine detail in the metal polishing could be slightly better as seen at the small end of the cassette lockring wrench. All of the tools have plastic handles with over-moulded rubber grips. These provide plenty of grip. The surface finish on the cassette pliers is a rougher finish than the other tools and it is not chromed. It has more of a cast appearance. I'll update the review if needed after putting these tools to use. I also have the Feedback bike work stand and I like the design of this kit because it hangs on the stand. Low quality tools
Used it for the first time since I received it to patch a tube and the tire lever snapped as soon I started to put pressure on it. Not really what I expected from a $200+ kit. Sadly the return window is closed by a few days and there is NO easy way to contact the seller.

Very solid, durable and mostly complete tool set.
Got this as a gift for Christmas from my wife. I like to do my own bike maintenance and this is great at home or I can take it with me to the ride or trail. Very well built case that can attach to bike stand for easy use (even a cheap $40 bike stand like I have). It really feels it can stand up to a beating, and the construction is quality. It's got all the useful bike tools and a little room to add a couple more (I added a Park Tool MLP- 1.2 Chain Plier). All the tools are very durable feeling, beautiful and I especially like the chain whip vise pliers. I have also been slowly adding Feedback T-handle hex wrenches too, when they are on sale, as they fit right in. I may need to get a matching Feedback bike stand some day, but I'll have to save up a while ;)

Assortment of tools with questionable quality
The kit is comprehensive and covers almost every standard repair need. It should be no surprise that the bottom bracket tool is 16 tooth, but compatibility with all other components is spot on. However, I have had 3 separate issues with Feeback tools and their quality. The chain breaker tool cracked on my first use. The tire lever snapped on a routine tire change. My Feedback stand (not included and separate product) fails to clamp. The designs are great and the portability of this kit are awesome but will be replacing broken tools with blue tools from now on.

Nice kit
Most bike owners should take the time to learn some basic skills to fix their bike, you can save some time and money by not taking this to the bike shop for repair. This kit provides the tools to build, fix, repair most modern mountain bikes. I am not going to go through every tool in detail but I will say that Feedback did a great job providing a variety of different tools in a compact package. The big selling point with this kit is the case, very rarely do you see such a nice compact case that is specifically made to hold all the tools neatly. My impressions: After having this kit for about a week or so I realized a few things: The chrome plated tools or forged ones, basically the shiny silver ones, are very nice, they have a great feel in hand and you know they are top quality. The length of the cassette removal tool is kind of short which makes it difficult to apply ample leverage to remove the lock ring sometimes. I also found this to be the case with the pedal wrench, I already had an existing pedal wrench and I felt that mine would work much better with stubborn pedals. I understand in designing these tools they may have had compact length in mind perhaps so they can be fit into the tool case properly. If you have any older bikes that don’t use all the modern hardware you may not be able to utilize this kit to the full potential. For example, if you have a bike that still has square taper bottom bracket or splined drive bottom bracket, you will require another type of tool to remove the bottom bracket from the bike. This is not included in this kit. I don’t fault feedback for that as this would just add price an weight to the kit that does not need to be there. Another example would be threaded headsets, there are no wrenches provided for that type of adjustment. these are just some basic things I noticed and not a big deal but for some buyers looking for a kit that does it all this will fall short and you will end up buying some extra items. The screwdrivers are an nice touch but it is such a common item I would rather not have them included. The flathead also seemed a little big for bike use. One of the bigger disappointments in the kit was the cable cutter. It did not seem to be very top quality, I never tried it on an cable so it might just do fine but compared to a Park cable cutter it seemed to be lacking. Pros: One stop shop Good quality Case Cons: Diminished value if you already own some of the tools Length of tools Does not have all the tools for older style bikes. In the end a person may want to choose a few of the tools from this kit and purchase them separately. However if you do not have any tools whatsoever, and have a modern mountain bike, this is a great start to being able to wrench on your rides.
