Works great! My husbands mid life crisis was bikes, bikes and more bikes. Since we have so much empty wall space I brought up the idea of mounting them on the walls in the house and my husband was beyond happy. The first of the 10 to go up is on our bedroom wall and I’ll be purchasing 9 more posts for other walls throughout the house. My husband prefers hanging his bikes from the seat because his friend who owns several bike shops told him the carbon fiber frames weren’t built to hold the weight of the bike the way other mounts hold them. The wall post was extremely easy to install and I love that it can be folded up when not in use. We are extremely satisfied with this well built heavy duty wall post! Update: Added pictures of two more bikes I put up in the living room. Takes just minutes to install these posts into studs and it’s super easy to hang and remove the bikes. 7 more bikes to go but with these Velo Wall Posts it’ll be a breeze to get them hung ????

Space Saver
Was looking to store two bikes in my new house tight garage. My vertical Thule rack for 2 bikes was working but I was having to “inch” my way into the garage every time I pulled into the garage. Started looking for a different option. I happened to stumble on the Velo Wall rack, read the reviews and ordered one. Arrived in two days. Put it on the garage wall and PRESTO! Ordered a 2nd one that same day and now have both bikes on the wall with enough clearance to easily pull the car into the garage without having to worry about parking. Agree with another review...the screws that are included are weak and the heads will get chewed up screwing them into the stud. On the 2nd unit I used two stronger screws I already had in the “save it for later” coffee can of bit and pieces. ????

Reasonably well made
1. The bracket. It is made from steel and very sturdy (but also heavy). Proper mount to a stud is necessary. Most of the edges were safe to touch but not rounded. One of two brackets a I bought had a very minor scratch in the front and several scratched in the back (the latter will not be visible). The bracket looks very "industrial." I intend to paint it white (my wall is white). 2. The bar. It is made from a sturdy aluminum extrusion with several hard-rubber inserts. It pivots up and down very smoothly. Problem: In the down position, the bar rests on a piece of steel that is not flat or smooth. This "guarantees" that the bottom of the bar will be scratched. It would have been good if it had a piece of hard rubber where it supports the bar. Country of origin: Taiwan

Works Great!
Looking for the best way to hang two bikes, one above the other, in a very small garage, while having them look neat and not take up valuable wall space. These wall posts fit the bill! Easy to install, all parts and easy to follow instructions were included in box. I took note of all the reviews that said the screws MUST be drilled into a wall stud, and I totally agree: trying to just put anchors into regular drywall will not work--too much weight for that. Very pleased! Hard to tell from picture, but I hung the bottom bike with the front wheel about 2 inches off the floor, so wheel totally off ground. Once the bottom bike was hung, I used that to determine height of upper bike. Hung the bottom ladies bike under the seat, upper bike by center crossbar.

Perfect and looks nice
I mounted this outside my garage in order to use it to hold my bike. It looks nice and blends in with the black downspouts on my exterior. I use it to hold my bike before rides, so it doesn't accidentally fall down. I bought it primarily to use after my rides in order to easily clean my bikes before putting them away. I absolutely love it!

Bought two and thought that they cost more than I really wanted to spend, but did it anyway. They are deceptively heavy and well made and protect the bike with rubber cushions. Your installation needs to be on a stud, or you need to put up a cross hanger. You have to use at least a 1x 10, (I use 2 1x6s). The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of Amazon packaging. The box was much bigger than necessary, without any filler. When received the box was half opened because the product bounced around and broke the tape.

Great bike rack for apt or garage use.
Feedback makes great products. I have been using their repair stand, event bike racks and other wall hooks for years. The best quality products available at very reasonable prices.

Great alternative to wheel-hanging racks
Strong and well made rack that is fairly easy to install if you can find studs in your walls. The ability to fold and get the rack out of the way is a great idea. I like the fact that you can hang your bikes high enough to free up floor space. Also like the fact that you aren't hanging by a wheel so that you don't have potential impacts on disk brakes.

Solid product, instructions could be better
Great strong product. I have two, holding a road bike and a mountain bike on the walls of my spare room (I live in a flat so no other storage options). My only issue was with the instructions, which are designed for stud walls ie screwing into a wooden stud, not solid masonry walls as I have. I spent some time drilling holes of the wrong size before realising I needed a bigger drill bit and rawlplugs, not just screws. More my lack of DIY skills than the product, but instructions could be clearer on this. Now the brackets are up, they are very solid and easy to use.

Highly recommended
Really sturdy product, easy to install but I did switch to longer screws/plugs as the one's provided were a little to short and the weight of the bike pulled it from the wall after a week. Longer screws/wall plugs installed and had zero issues since. Recommend this product if you switch to longer screws/plugs if you're hanging a mountain bike.

I looked at a few of these. some were two-pronged and thinner lighter metal. This is really well made, looks very strong and durable. I'm pleased I picked this one.
