Excellent Quality with Exceptional support
I have a cabin with a sand point and needed a sediment filter. After looking at the big box stores and reading reviews on Amazon, I went with iSpring. As others have noted, the build quality is excellent. After two years of use, it still does its job. Periodic flushing is easy. Until recently, I couldn't comment on their customer service. As others have noted, their customer service is also excellent. During a construction project, I successfully hid the filter wrench in an undiscoverable location. I called customer service. Michele quickly answered the call, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My new wrench was on the way the same day, with tracking numbers. iSpring does it right. I recommend buying an extra screen. That way you can quickly swap screens when you want to do a deep clean of the screen. This gets your water flowing again, giving you time to soak the dirty screen in white vinegar for a proper deep clean.

Quality product, outstanding customer support
I originally bought this WSP-50 spin down sediment filter some years ago for a second home based on recommendation from my handyman. Turns out he never installed it and he is now long gone. I came across it still brand new in the box but had no idea what to do with it or how to use it. I called customer support and spoke with Nick who was friendly, helpful, and professional. He explained that my 50 micron filter likely was going to be too fine for filtering out my sediment in well water and would clog too easily. To help me chose the correct size for my needs Nick is sending me both a 100 and 200 micron filter so I can select the one that works best. I must admit that I didn't have much confidence in what I would get from customer support...not having the best of luck with other companies. I was totally amazed when Nick, a real human, answered on the third ring and asked how he could help me. I almost couldn't respond since I was prepared to start pressing 1 for this and 2 for that, not expecting a human on the line wanting to help me. I have looked at the extensive line of water filtration products that iSpring has and they are my new go to company for that. Thanks iSpring and Nick for renewing my faith in good American companies! I can't recommend them highly enough.

WSP50
This is a really sturdy well made filter. The clear plastic body is heavy duty with a drain valve for easy cleaning. When you open the valve the water swirls down like a tornado over the filter doing a great job of cleaning away sentiment. I use it as a pre-filter to my whole house filtration system. I felt as though I was cleaning the filter too often so I called ispring for assistance. Michele at ispring set me up with the proper micron size replacement filter for my situation. She explained everything quickly and got me the replacement out to me. Thank you Michele!!! David Young

Great Filters, Great Customer Service (Thank you Nick!)
Early Nov 2022 our water softener went out. Just prior to that, the softener had been on the brink but each time I was able to get it re-started. We are on a private well and knowing that we were going to be faced with replacing the water softener or transition to a no-salt solution we decided to go for a no-salt solution. I began my search and came across the iSpring solutions and found reviews were very favorable. After some time watching a series of videos and reading manuals on the different types of filters to understand each water filtering specifications I decided on the following iSpring Whole-House filters ; - iSpring WSP (spin-down) 200 Micron - iSpring WSP (spin-down) 50 Micron - iSpring WGB32BM 3 stage filtering - Sediment, CTO Carbon, and Iron & Manganese - iSpring WDS150K Scale prohibitor - iSpring UVF55FS Ultraviolet light Being a handyman, installation of the filters and the UV light was easy. After a few weeks we started seeing some yellowing in the shower and sinks. I called iSpring Support and discussed our situation with Nick. To help me determine the correct next steps Nick recommended I get my water tested if I hadn’t done so already….and so I did (and should have done so from the very beginning - it’s always good to test your well water on a periodic basis). After receiving the test results I sent them to Nick. He reviewed the water testing results and determined we had a high concentration of sediment and recommended I add one additional sediment filter AND that he would send me a new set of 3-stage filters. I added the additional sediment filter, and replaced the 3-stage filters from Nick and our yellowing disappeared. Thank you Nick!! I recommend iSpring filters whether you go the no-salt path OR use a water softener.

This little sediment filter works pretty well
It was recommended by my plumber to get this sediment filter so it can go before the whole house water filter that he was going to install. He said this will help protect the whole house filter since it catches some of the sediment before the water goes into the filter. I wasn't sure if this little device would work, but it's working great. I can see all the sediment it's catching. It's easy to rinse and clean since it's small. It's only been two weeks, so we'll see how it works in the long run. But so far so good and glad that I bought this.

Excellent Product and Customer Service!
This filter was easy to install and maintain. I did not 'guess' the right micron size. But I called iSpring and Sean handled it for me super fast and sent ne 2 other sizes to try (for free!) so I can get the desired performance. iSpring has amazing customer service and excellent products. Can't go wrong choosing them.

Great quality and performance
Our new home in the country was not fitted with a filter of any type for the well water. Sadly all filtering was done by the water softener. This is just not right and will reduce the lifespan of our softener and your hot water heater. So, I installed the WSP-50. The install was easy - ensure you have the tools before you start, use 8+ teflon tape wraps or you will have drips, etc. I used PEX for the supply in my case and it has worked great. The product is as shown, is solidly designed and built, and easy to work with. Spin down filters are awesome and last a long time before you need to purchase a new filter cartridge. In my case, 50 was too small and clogged up faster than expected. I have since installed a WSP-100 in front of it coming from the well with good success. Brian at 123filter.com was fantastic at helping me select the proper filter mesh size and provided quick and polite responses. The customer service was more than expected and an added bonus to a great product. I highly recommend this for those on wells or even those on municipal water. My suggestion is to make contact with iSpring (123filter.com) and Brian to ensure you select the proper micron mesh and product. They have a wide range of devices. In time I intend on installing a whole home filter from iSpring as well. Awesome product guys and great support.

Great Product and Excellent Service.
It was to our surprise that such a unit even existed . What a great invention! Several years ago we installed a whole house water filter system. After we read about the ISO filter and how this unit can extend the use of the whole house water carbon & sediment filters we thought we would go ahead and order it. We purchased the iSpring WSP-50 We are happy to have done so. The unit is small, very good quality, well made solid brass metal with a slightly thick acrylic smoke grey colored housing. And it’s quick and very simple for any plumber to install. Most of all it is effortless to clean and maintain. Because I had a few questions regarding the filter (called the screen) I contacted the company iSpring and had the pleasure to speak to Nick. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and provided the best customer support ever. We installed the unit a week ago and already put it to the test by performing the first cleaning. We are very happy with the performance and very happy with our purchase. I just wish we would have known about this filter sooner. The maximum rating is five stars ***** but the company and Nick merit more. Thank You! And thank you to Amazon as well.

Great quality, good performance and value for money and an exceptional customer service
The iSpring WSP series (100 micron & 50 micron) are well built, perform better than expected and for a pretty reasonable price. I installed both before my whole house water filters; which I was changing almost on daily basis, when my well started bringing in a lot of sand and silt. This pretty much solved the problem to get us through winter and until we get our new well in the spring. My other option would have cost more than 6 times the cost of this little gem. I highly recommend the WSP series flushable filters. But the best part, is iSpring's (or 123Filter) service and support. When I had an issue and reached out to them, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly by their quick to response which really helped deal with the problem in a timely manner. A very special thanks to Myra who went over and above what I was expecting. I have to say, this was the best customer service I had from an online seller, especially for a product that didn't really cost that much. Thanks Myra.

Great filter and great service!
I am using this on a house with well water. Installation was straight forward. It is a quality product, removing the filter for cleaning is very easy and straightforward. Also, big shout out to John for the great customer service, he was able to help me get the right size filter for my well water and get it shipped to me free of charge.
