Great seller - like the product
I've been wanting a sorter laundry basket for some time so that my son, husband and I can all have our own hampers. This was easy to assemble and the bags hold the perfect amount of clothes to run a full load of laundry. We did run into an issue - the initial order was missing one of the canvas bags. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. They sent a full set of 4 bags to replace (in case the color differed at all from the ones I had received) and they expedited shipping. Would highly recommend.

Handsome, and what a space saver!
I was feeling overwhelmed by dirty laundry, and of course my tendency is to sort it. I found myself with piles of various colors scattered throughout my house. Think about it: if you have 4 different piles, each occupying "traditional" laundry baskets, you're taking up quite a bit of space. We have a lot of clothes, and can't keep up washing that fast. I need space to store it--sorted--while dirty, without having to hide baskets and bins in the corners, bathrooms, and closets. I am extremely pleased with this cart. One of my favorite Amazon purchases. Took me about ten minutes to put together. The shiny, dark bronze metal piping is sturdy and handsome, as are the thick, off-white canvas bags. My only tiny complaint is that when full and heavy, the frame may lean slightly one direction, making the cart appear a bit slanted. This is probably a result of me having the wheels locked and firmly position while the bags are unevenly loaded. The BEST part: How the heck does it hold that much laundry?! Seriously, each of the four canvas bags can hold 1.5-2 large loads of laundry (I have a standard-sized washing machine, and usually wash a "super" sized load.) Once the bags get full of casually tossed laundry, push down the clothes and you'll find you can fit several more garments. Even when a bag is packed full, I can lift it one-handed by the handle without a lot of effort. I don't roll the cart. I've locked the wheels in place and simply lift out a bag of clothes and carry it to my washer. Botton line: The fact that this cart stores laundry vertically, allowing 4 oversized piles to fit side-by-side, is a HUGE space saver. It's the most attractive way to store dirty laundry if you typically keep assorted piles and baskets around your bedroom or bathroom...and especially if you like separating by color.

Feels flimsy but stands up to heavy use.
I purchased this for my family of four, and I like it. Two of the wheels are lockable, or all four can move freely. It was pretty easy to put together, although I did manage to screw something up the first time so I'd recommend reading the directions through one time completely before you start. (I usually just read one step at a time and then figure out by step two or three that I did step one wrong.) It feels kind of flimsy when it's put together, but it has stood up to heavy use. The size of the bags is decent enough so that each bag equates to about one load in my washer, which is what I was hoping for. I didn't want to have full bags but be short in a load of laundry and end up mixing everyone's stuff anyway, which defeats the purpose of the sorters. I'm not sure if they planned that out ahead of time, but it seems to be a great idea. We are trying to teach our almost-9-year-old son to be responsible for his things, so being able to do a full basket of his own clothes allows me to put a laundry basket on his bed so he can fold and sort his own laundry ... if I had to mix sorted bags, that wouldn't work. Great concept and so far it has stood up well to our family's laundry needs. I hope it continues to hold up but I wish it felt a little more stable and secure because I'm just not sure how long this baby is going to last.

Rather than just dumping all my dirty clothes into a single hamper I use this product to sort the clothes prior to washing. My clothes washer has four water temperatures: -COLD-COLD -WARM-COLD -WARM-WARM -HOT-COLD SO I LABELED THE FOUR BINS ACCORDINGLY. I PUT THE LABELS ON THE RAIL AGAINST THE WALL, I MADE THE LABEL WITH A DYNO LABELLER DYMO Rhino 4200 Industrial Labeling Tool QWERTY Keyboard ACTUALLY I DID NOT MAKE THE LABELS. THE NICE PEOPLE HERE AT THE LODGE AT BRIDGEMILL MADE THE LABELS FOR ME SO THE MACHINE OR TOOL SHE, THE CONCIERGE, MADE THEM WITH MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THIS EXACT MODEL, BUT IT WAS CLOSE. THE END PRODUCT IS A LAUNDRY HAMPER THAT FITS PERFECTLY INTO A NICHE IN THE HALLWAY RIGHT OUTSIDE OF MY BEDROOM WTH THE EASY CAPABILITY TO SORT SOILED CLOTHES INTO THE FOUR WATER TEMPERATURES THAT ARE ON THE CLOTHES WASHER SO THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LIFT THE BAGS OUT OF THE FRAME AND DUMP THE CLOTHES INTO THE CLOTHES WASHER. THIS WHOLE THING IS ON ROLLERS WHICH MAKES IT EASY TO ROLL TO THE CLOTHES WASHING MACHINE. WHAT COULD BE EASIER THAN THAT? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE AGAIN. Great sorter
Great laundry sorter. It moves well and the wheels stay on when you move it. I like that you can lift the bags out easily and they hold their shape. This is my third laundry sorter and my favourite. I did have a problem with a broken wheel when it arrived. I got in contact with the company and they sent me a replacement part. I was very happy with their customer service.

Highly recommended
I was a bit hesitant about this purchase given the negative reviews that it has received. We've had this for a couple of months now and it works exactly as I hoped. I bought it to replace the two-bag sorter that I've had for 15 years. Both the frame and the bags seem to be durable (though I haven't tried to wash them yet). I was also worried that the bags wouldn't hold a full load, but they load seems to be just perfect for our front-loader. This is a really compact size for the amount of laundry that it holds and it really saves us from having laundry baskets all over the place. I like the colour and really love having the four bags!
