Nice light and fan setting options, however control switch stopped working after 5 months
Fan was installed as part of bathroom remodel so installation was easy. Contractor said it would not be easy if done as a retrofit. Nice design and worked great for 4.5 months, then the control switch stopped working properly. The power light can be turned on, but light and fan buttons no longer respond. I have contacted support to see if this issue can be resolved. Will follow up this review after to add info on explanation and customer service. update - 4/7/23 After filling out web form for customer support with my issue, I received an email telling me that they will send a replacement control switch. It is back ordered so should be here by month's end. Since it is a guest bathroom, it is not an issue for me. I will update again once the new switch arrives and installed. Rating upped from 1 to 3 stars. update - 5/9/23 Received replacement switch a week ago and installed it myself today. Everything works fine and thanks to the company for standing behind their product and customer service response. I love the features on this fan and we shall see if this new switch last. I have attached an internal picture of the bad switch. Looks like it was made in 2020. Upped rating to 5 stars.

The fan and lights, and humidity sensor work fine.
I bought this fan primarily because of the light, night light, and humidity switch. Out of the box it seemed to be solidly made and I was glad all the features supposedly would operate from only a standard 3 wire electric cable. Installation however was a beast, and I believe whoever wrote the instructions never even tried to follow them. The instructions say to cut a 9.25 by 9.25 inch hole. The fan box is a little smaller so it theoretically will go up from below. It needs to go up from below because there is a a ceiling flange around the bottom of the box so it fits snuggly to the ceiling. However, to get the fan up into the hole, I had to remove the the device at the front where the duct connects (easy enough) because it sticks out several inches. Also, there are "metal tabs" for mounting to a joist that stick out about 2 inches at the front and back. These should have hinges or something - I had to hammer them flat against the box to stay within the 9.25 inch profile (after pushing the box up through the hole, I had to then bend them straight again (not easy, as they are fairly sturdy). Finally, there are the sliding "suspension brackets" which the instructions suggest should be attached once the box is in place. This is not possible with joists placed 16 inches apart. Because these brackets are 14 inches long, they also will not fit up through a 9 inch hole. I cut them down to 9 inches and bent over the mounting tabs on the ends, so I could push the box up through the hole. Then up in the attic, lying on my stomach in tight quarters, I had to straighten out the 4 tabs I had bent to make it fit, extend the suspension brackets, reattach the duct attachment, and nail or screw it all in place. I hope it lasts a long time. Wiring the box and switch to my existing cable was actually easy. The features mostly seem to work, although if there is a motion sensing feature , it is not working on my unit.

Not easy for a retrofit install, but nice fan overall
You must have attic access. The instructions included say that you can cut a 9.25"x9.25" hole to install this from within the room. That is not possible as the mounting tabs stick out an additional few inches on one side and the vent outlet is on the other. There's no angle that would allow you to push the unit through and then settle in place. The instructions also say that the bottom lip of the fan should sit flush with the ceiling sheetrock, but since you cannot push the unit up from the room side, there is no way to get the lip over the sheetrock when coming from the attic. It is fine to install from the attic and just let the lip rest on the sheetrock after attaching the unit to the joists. The spring clips for the light and fan cover on the room side snap right into place and hold tightly even with the additional sheetrock depth. From inside the attic installation is straightforward and I especially liked the quick clip push wiring connectors (think Wago without the lever). If you can get to your attic this is a quick install, quick wiring, and the remote is nice and modern looking with many options. The fan is very quiet and the light and blue moonlight feature are nice.

this isn't an easy DIY, esp for a replacement fan
The instructions were terrible. And just so you know, the ones you can get online are more complete than the ones included, but still far from easy to follow. But if you are doing this as a replacement, and don't have access to your attic, it's very difficult. Our old fan had a larger hole, so that made it doable, but i don't honestly know how we'd have managed it otherwise and it was difficult even with that. The wiring diagrams were also not the easiest to follow, especially the part in the ceiling. All this said, once it was FINALLY in, it is quiet, remarkably so on the lower setting, and the humidistat works like a champ. The main light is very bright on full and has 4 settings, which is quite nice. The nightlight setting of blue or amber is kind of pretty, but also kind of intense. I like the control - it's easy to use and looks quite nice. Please ignore the mildew on the ceiling- repainting is now necessary; it's part of why we wanted a fan that would come on automatically. The frame is something we built from trim to cover the hole from the prior fan. The white picture is on one of the lower settings.

I love this fan!
This is one off the best bathroom fans I have ever purchased. I had to go back and buy another for my other bathroom.

Installed, works well.
You have to get used to the touch pad to turn things on/off but the unit works well so far.

Great bathroom light/fan for moisture
At first I was skeptical that this could work. However I absolutely love this fan light. There’s a night light function for when guests are there. I love the fact that it will stay on after shower until the moisture level goes down. This is essential when living in the south in a wet environment like a bathroom. I need one of these in all of our bathrooms to help prevent moisture damage on the walls and trim

Neat touch pad control
The unit is stylish and easy to install. The light has a nice color tone to it being fairly accurate while not being overly intense. The touch pad is an interesting touch, the controls add a futuristic touch to the plain everyday switch on and off fans that everyone has. On the topic of touch it can be a bit finicky to press and not always registering a touch especially when pressed fairly quickly more than once. Keep in mind this may not work well for someone with chubby fingers due to the touch pads relatively small icon press points. On the plus side the lack of fast response to multi button pressing stopped my sisters grand kids from being "as" interested playing with the switch. Install was fairly straight forward, I quite liked the unit for the first while. Fan noise level I would call "expected" to a bit loud... Until winter came. This bathroom fan worked great for several months however from time to time the light would flicker and in the winter when temperatures fell below -10C the fan motor started making some loud annoying noises. It would be great value if it wasn't for those 2 irritating issues that ruined my experience.

Performs great and exactly as described - Best fan ever.
Installation was a little challenging due to having to create a bigger hole for the fan but worked out well as I realized I needed to change all the attic exhaust to the exterior also with an insulated one. Installation of the LED touchpad wall switch was also a little challenging which may not be easy for a DIYer that is not familiar with electricity but, easy to connect if you follow the diagram and know which is the hot wire and which wires go to the fan. A little testing with a voltage detector may be required. Fan itself works great with acceptable noise. I only use it in auto mode so, never need to think about turning it on or off. Larger fan than I need for a bathroom of 20ft x 7ft. When finishing a shower, mirror is already dry with no humidity at all. Fan goes off within 5 minutes or so of leaving the shower. LED lights work great as described, dimmable and bright if needed. Only minor issue is the healthy humidity level in a home should be between 40% and 60% so, if it is raining and the windows are open, it will go on and off sporadically if left on automatic. Solution to this problem, turn it off. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great fan
Love this fan. Set to auto and forget about it. No need to worry if the kids forgot to turn the fan on when showering. Love the light as well. Blue option is so relaxing when soaking in the bath.
