The metal looks cheap and the globes even cheaper

Looks like something that belongs in a cheap rental. Will be using some Rub n Buff to improve the look of the metal and will purchase not-cheap-looking globes...so, basically redo everything but the motor. ????

Stylish light with vent. fan not strong enough

I love this light. It makes my bathroom look stylish. the upside is the fan is very silent. The downside is the fan does not pull in heat/ steam fast enough. My ceilings get very steamy and wet. I’m afraid I’ll get mold. My electrician says it’s not strong enough.

Hunter 80705z Garden District Decorative Bathroom Ventilation Exhaust Fan and Light

Likes: Very nice looking unit, Fan is quiet and does a good job at reducing steam in the washroom. The unit itself was easy to install, but the builder of our house didn't make it easy. The builder never put an exhaust fan into any of our washrooms. Ok, we only need them in the 2 that have Bathtubs/showers in them and the other 2 power rooms don't really need them. We wanted to put the Fan/light where the single light fixture was and of course only 1 lead wire to this location. Plus right over the rough fixture is a vent pipe so close that we had to reroute it around so the box of the Ventilation Fan could fit in there. It would be nice to have an option where you can put in a double switch that remotes throughout the 1 wire but can run the unit's Fan/light separately. How hard would it be to design that? I did find a switch unit that does that but does not fit the standard wall mount so looks funny but works efficiently. Dislikes: No switching unit sold separately that will work through 1 wire but 2 switches in the switch box to control both functions. Not all people would need this as maybe their builder was not cheap and made it impossible to fish a second wire without riping all the drywall out., One of the glass dooms has a defect on it that looks bad but I turned the one to the backside where it's hard to see. The other 2 are perfect for the 3 Glass light shades. Oh, don't need 3X 60W lights as that's very bright! 3X 40W is more than enough in a medium-size washroom. We found 1X 60W light was a little dim so we didn't try 3x 20W but if you find 1 60W is good you may wan to buy 3x 20W for this unit.
