Not 3/8”
I thought I had received the wrong package because it felt like there was nothing in it. Then when I opened it up, I saw this leash that you could use for a small cat or a ferret. Won’t work for my dog!

Thin and not safe
Too thin and not what I expected. Have used European leashes before This one is short and the links and clips don’t match up to all the functionality.

Hamilton is always good, but small
Hamilton products are always some of the best and sturdiest I have been buying their products for years for My Horses, livestock and dogs. I needed a new over-the-shoulder leash for my service dog so I purchased this one and I will say it is very good quality like most Hamilton products. Please do read the dimensions of the leash though because the leash itself is thin, less than an inch wide. It is perfect for what I wanted to be inconspicuous around my shoulder to use for my service dog when we go out, but this thinness might not work for others with dogs that will be pulling a lot or things like that. The hardware is all very nice and the blue is a true royal blue I am 5'2 and can comfortably use this as an over-the-shoulder leash. I am very pleased with the leash but wanted to forewarn others that it is thin, before they order and we're looking for a thicker one.

Wonderful for my service dog and I
This leash does exactly what I need it to. I needed a leash that went cross body for my service dog and chose this because of the affordable price tag. Since I'm not holding this leash in my hand the thickness isn't a problem and is actually a blessing because it doesn't get in the way. I also use this as a dual leash with a belt when I'm hiking with my dogs. I put one small dog on each end, and attach a caribeaner to the middle loop of the leash to attach it to my belt, and then I'm only carrying one leash for the lab instead of three. All in all so far this leash has been a complete life saver! I've had it for 4 months and it's done a wonderful job. I will admit though I'm not sure how this leash would hold up to a dog who pulls or is learning to walk on a leash.

Nice adjustable leash
I like using a thin and unobtrusive leash when I take my service dog out in public and this leash fits the bill to a T. It works great extended out like a regular leash but I prefer to clip the snap so it loops over my shoulder which leaves my hands free to do other things. I have a German Shepherd/Standard Poodle cross that is over 90 lbs and people are always amazed that he works so well on this thin leash. It is well made, can be used in various ways, and can be used for small dogs or well behaved larger dogs.

I wanted to like this lead
I wanted to like this lead, but even though the buckles and strap are perfect for a small dog, the length was too short to use for my desired purpose (over the shoulder.) I measured and it was 6" shorter than it said on the packaging. Would have returned it if I hadn't thrown away paperwork.

Pretty good
I like this, useful for hands free walking. There isn't a loose ring for adjusting and it was a lot thinner than I thought (I guess that's my bad). Not my favorite but it'll do for now

Great but THIN
Love the design with clips, but I did not find in the product description thst this leash would be SO THIN. Thankfully my dog doesnt pull but if he did I would loose my fingers.

Lightweight, Handy Lead w/ Multiple Uses
Bought for my Service Dog in training so I could have my hands free. I'm a very petite person so I did find this large for around my waist or over the shoulder. Was hoping it would have a floating ring and more locations to snap the end of it to but even so, it has been handy to have. It's thickness may deter some but I love to have it as a backup in my bag or for travel.
