Wonderful Fire Pit for our Patio and Exceptional Customer Service
This fire pit has features that make it stand out from competitors. These include an attractive tile top, deep bowl, lattice sides for improved airflow, and its light enough to be portable yet heavy enough to be very stable. Plus, the company that sells these really stands by their products. The top on our fire pit developed a defect and when a replacement top was not available, a whole new firepit was shipped to us at no charge! The fire screen cover, poker, and grill grate that come with the firepit are very useful accessories. In addition, we purchased a couple of items that enhanced our experience. The Fireproof Pros 36" Fire Pit Mat for Deck, Patio, Grass and Concrete (sold on Amazon) protects concrete and other surfaces from undue heat and sparks. We also bought the 22” Wagon Wheel Fire Pit Grate (from Walden Backyards website) to keep logs elevated out of the ashes and because it looks cool. I am happy with my fire pit and very impressed with the customer service!

Not worth it!
Came in already bent. Once we got it put together, we started a fire in it and all of the stone popped around the edges. Water stands in bottom.

Assembly Tip.....
So far, so good. DO NOT screw the tile top to the fire pit base until you have installed the legs. The instructions direct 1.) attach handle to mesh cover, 2.) attach tile top to base, 3). attach legs. Because the illustrations contained in the instructions on "how to" assemble the fire pit are quite fuzzy it is difficult to decipher how to install the brackets which hold the grill screen. It is MUCH easier to install the legs first, then attach the tile top. First batch of s'mores tonight!

Love it!
Initially received 1 that was broken, but Amazon immediately shipped a replacement and provided a label to allow me to ship back the broken 1 without charge to me. Easy to assemble and had all of the parts. We've used it several times now with no issues. I did go ahead and buy a firewood rack to put in the bottom of the fire pit to allow air to flow under the firewood while it is burning and to keep the burning wood off of the bottom of the fire pit. I keep it covered with the cover supplied by the manufacturer when not in use. Very happy with it!!

Worst item I have ever purchased on Amazon
Paint peeled inside and outside of fire pit the first time we used it. Manufacturer offers no product support or solution. Top arrived damaged.

Get a cover for it
Looks great. It was a good price. The only thing I would say is a negative is the bowl retains water. I plan to get a cover for it.

Great fire pit fir the family.
This fire pit is sturdy and heavy which I like. It’s great quality and was easy to assemble. I think it will last a long time.
