Mediocre iron
I feel like my iron was a reject iron that got put on Amazon. As a professional, I know better than to purchase professional products off of Amazon, but I did it anyways ????????‍♀️. The plates don’t close seamlessly, so the hair doesn’t get as straight as I would like for it to.

I bought two ironed from you. One for my client, and one for my client to use at home, seeing as I have to do house calls on her when she or her husband is ill and can’t get out. Both of us have experienced the same feelings with our flatirons. They are hard on the hair and pull the hair, as well as not really making her hair silky soft like the exact same iron that I borrowed from my hairdresser friend. I loved hers. Very solid and heavy. Ours seemed lightweight and cheap! I would like to send these back and get my money back. The reason it took so long for me to Contact you, is because I was hoping the iron would get better. When I went to my clients house, she said she was having the exact same problems. I would like to return these two irons and yet my money back. Thank you very much

Gets hot quickly and works very well. Never used one before, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use.

Great iron
I purchased this exact iron directly from FHI a few years ago. I purchased it again this time b/c I broke mine and it appears I can no longer purchase it directly from FHI. Although the iron performs well, it feels as if it were made with cheaper materials than my first one. It doesn't feel as heavy. However, it's still a better iron than most!

Works well
I switched from a Chi to this flat iron. I like the size. I like that it comes with a case I can sore it in and I use the case to rest the flat iron on while I am using it so it doesnt burn my counter top. I only us it on medium heat and it works very well. Doesnt pull my hair.

Best irons ever!
These flatirons are "The S***!" My wife usually has to add oil to her head after flat-ironing, and it takes a long time to get the hair straight. WELL NOT WITH THESE!!!! Her hair maintains sheen and luster, and there's only one stoke necessary to straighten her hair!! PLUS, they don't need to be held tight when pressing, and they won't burn your hair! Best Christmas gift for my wife in years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
