I like it, it works great, BUT it said "Batteries Required? NO" but it needs a battery. I didn't want the one that use a battery.

Bought this to go along with my new Fanimation fan. The fan comes with a remote but it did not come with a wallswitch. You would thiink for the cost of the fan it would come with both, since its a DC motor fan you would also think it would be bluetooth. Its not only the 3 speed motors are. I decided to have the wallswitch as a bcakup for the remote in case it gets lost.I am disapointed with this switch, the dial with the number is VERY small and the on off button is tiny, the numbers on the remote are MUCH larger and esiier to see. Not sure if I will keep it. Fanimation can improve it by increasing the size of the dial portion, using a larger on off switch and making it illuminated

Installs very easily into junction box and provides fixed wall control of the fan. Had to add it as a remote and then re-add the portable remote that came with the fan. Happy with this remote but a little disappointed with the proprietary nature of the control of the fan. One that had separate light and fan controls would have been easier to integrate into my home automation system (such as using Alexa). Fanimation is behind in that they do not offer Wi-fi, Bluetooth, or other open control API that allows these to be integrated into home control systems.

does not work with Lowe's Harbor Breeze fans.

This remote will NOT control Harbor Breeze fans from Lowes. There is an identical-looking version designated "TW30WH". That one will work. I don't want to give the item a bad review just because it won't work with my fans, that's not its fault, but I can't speak to its quality since I can't use it and will be returning it for a different model.

Malfunctions continuously

The media could not be loaded. Great product. Easy to install. Looks awesome in the 3-gang switch that is in our front room. BUT it started to behave oddly about 8 months after install. It started with the light suddenly turning on, then off. I thought it was a one-off instance or that my house had a ghost (Not the case). Then it would started to turn on and stay on. After a few more weeks, the fan would turn on FULL SPEED - we never have it on full because it puts out some serious wind. Lastly, it has completely stopped working. It no longer functions as an RF transmitter. It continues to send RF signals to turn in the light or reverse the fan or change speeds spontaneously. It is moderately irritating. I previously Rated 2 stars simply because I was hoping that this isn’t a consistent problem. Without this issue, easy 5 stars. But since this issue has not gotten better despite being replaced with another unit, I rate it honestly at 1 star.

Does not work with Kensgrove 72" fan

Easy to install and seems durable, but doesn't work with a Kensgrove DC fan. Took a chance since there's so little information on any compatible wall mounts for the Kensgrove, but unfortunately this one is not.
