Thrilled and happy!
I am thrilled with this Dreo 6.8 qt air fryer! I have been doing research online since I have never used an air fryer but wanted: a good sized basket, but not too heavy or big a unit to manage or store; a view window or door with light; easy to operate for an analytical newbie; easy to clean, non stick plate; temp range up to 450; not too noisy. This fits all my criteria! I had purchased another bigger unit but returned it because the air fryer did not get hot or stay hot enough to cook. I was so disappointed but figured I got a lemon so was hesitant to try again. But after I read about this Dreo model, decided to take another chance. The air fryer arrived safely although there were a few holes punched in the outer cardboard box. However the unit was packed with styrofoam and enclosed in a second box, so there was no physical damage that I could see. The product box was informative and included a Hello and a Thank You for purchasing message along with warranty info and support details. How nice to be recognized and provided with the welcome and important info! Also included is a user guide, a quick reference guide, a 5yr warranty offer, and cookbook! I will use them as I get familiar and comfortable with cooking different foods. Great customer service so far! The air fryer is modern looking with sleek touch control selection features on the top, and a spacious basket with a safety button on the handle to pull out the basket. The fryer is not heavy. The plate fits snugly in the basket. The window and light are wonderful to peek thru during the cooking process without interrupting it. I washed and dried the parts as instructed, plugged it in, and did a test run. The selection features were intuitive and easy to understand, and the fryer was not noisy at all. My first food to air fry was french fries so I used the Menu preset as a test. I peeked inside a few times and at 60% of cooking time, the fryer beeped and the Shake message appeared. I opened the basket and shook the fries, and then continued cooking. The fries were a little overdone but I was so happy they were hot and cooked, and the fryer did everything per the instructions! Yea! I will adjust the cooking time or remove the fries sooner next time. The fryer works like it is supposed to! How wonderful! And the plate was easy to clean. I did enroll in the 5yr warranty but I am thinking so far I wont need to use it. I am very happy with this air fryer and appreciate a great product with customer service and support if needed. Just got it, have to return it
*UPDATED* I received a new air fryer the next day (I was surprised), and gotta say -- it works great. I really, really like it a lot -- better than my Cosori. Thanks for making it right! ???? I literally just got it two days ago but hadn't used it until tonight. I made sure all of the plastic was out/off, washed the basket, let it dry. Turned it on, as recommended, for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Within, like, 45 seconds, it kicked off and displayed an "E1" code. I grabbed the manual, which says it is an open circuit in the temperature sensor. I called customer service and she was very nice and helpful. I sent them my concerns and this picture showing the display. I haven't heard back from them yet -- I literally just called -- but then thought to ask for a replacement here on Amazon, where I purchased it. I should have the new one tomorrow, and will have to send this one back. I'm bummed because this is replacing my recalled Cosori, and this happens, lol. ???? I DO have to say, it is pretty nice, considering, lol. And customer service was really great, and easy to get a hold of. Here's hoping this new one works -- if it does, I'm going to be happy!

Looks good,works good so far
I did a lot of research before finally investing in an air fryer. We are from the south so we fry a lot of food. Looking to eat healthier. The fryer arrived promptly and packaged well. It looks good and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space but it’s not heavy and can be easily stored away . The buttons are VERY responsive and require the lightest touch to operate. I did the suggested initial use steps and it did give off a little odor but not overpowering. The outside does get warm but only the basket front got hot enough to be uncomfortable to the touch yet wouldn’t raise a blister I don’t believe . There is some fan noise but not too loud and probably something that won’t even be noticed eventually. The instruction book is amazing with words and pictures a child could follow . The recipe book looks really good with lots of recipes divided by category. The 6.8 qt basket looks large enough to cook 4 hamburgers or chicken breasts . I believe there is also a wire rack that can be purchased separately to increase the amount of food that can be cooked at once. This is the perfect size for me and my husband but will also be big enough for when the grands come . So far I love it and haven’t even cooked in it yet!!! If the final dish is as great as what I’ve experienced so far, it’s a keeper!!!! I’m editing my post after cooking bacon. It was thick sliced and the 8 minute preset didn’t get it quite as crispy as I like so I added an extra minute and it was very good. I may reposition the pieces halfway Thru next time as some were a little more done than others but none burned and it was very good and very easy . So nice not to have bacon grease popping on me like it does when frying in a skillet . The rack and basket cleaned up easily with hot soapy water. I believe we are gonna love it and can’t wait to try other things in it

I need a 220 voltage Air Fryer but your system could not tell the difference.
I liked everything except for your system not being able to tell the difference between a 220 voltage item and a 110 voltage gadget which used in North America. I was buying to take to Africa. So I had to return it.

Best airfryer I’ve ever owned.
I was so excited when I came across this Dreo airfryer. After a lot of searching online to be certain what kind of features I needed and was looking for a fryer that can useful for a bigger family. I cannot say enough good things about this, it does everything it needs to do! It’s so easy to clean and it does passes the time to make easy delicious food!

Overall, I am giving this product 5 stars, because it does as it is listed.
However, the tray that goes i to the basket. The finish has started to come off after a handful of uses, doesn't seem to affect anything (so far), but a little disappointing. I was also disappointed to see the price drop shortly after purchasing. However I would reccomend this product.

Pour ma première friteuse a air chaud j ai frappé dans le mille elle est vraiment hot sûr tout les points, l utilité est très grande je ne peux plus m en passé et tout est savoureux et croustillant , vraiment satisfait j espère qu'elle va fonctionner très très longtemps
