Beautiful cross stitch project

I haven’t started this Mmmm project but I have done it before. It’s the second time I will be doing this particular project and I’m super excited about it. This project is very very fun to work on. Usually I get tired of a project and will take a break from it for a few weeks because I can get tired of looking at the same colors over and over. This project is absolutely beautiful and colorful. I didn’t get tired of working on this one because there were so many colors and it wasn’t repetitive. I enjoyed working on this one every step of the way so much that I’m doing it again. I am giving the first one away to a friend but I loved it so much I wanted one for myself so I bought it again. I definitely recommed this one. You’ll have a great time working on it. Keep in mind the picture I posted is from the first one I did and it does need to be washed because I never cleaned it when I finished it.

In love, what else is there to say?

I recently bought 3 of these counted cross stitch projects because I wanted to try needlework for the first time. I'm saving this one for last because of the three I bought, the delicate grace of the picture and the truly amazing colors of this one is my favorite. So I am saving it until I have a bit of practice actually working a counted cross stitch. But having started one and looked at all three packages, I know I'll love working on this one just as much! The thread is very neatly organized and really colorful. I am a beginner to needlework so my opinion may be off, but I thought the thread quality was very good. The package came fast and included the picture, instructions, the fabric, a needle and the thread. I don't know if the pre-organized thread is common or not but as a complete beginner I found it amazingly helpful. I plan to buy many more of these as I have found working on them to be so much fun. Updated Review: After working on the Samurai project for a week or so, I found that the needle included in these kits are...in one word: Cheap. It started to bow in the middle and it's changing colors as I hold it in my fingers. This is literally the only fault I have found with these products. I will be buying more of these kits and I love them. I just plan to buy a better needle separately to use from now on. It definitely works if you want to just start out and see if you like it, but for anyone who intends to do more than one, purchase a better needle.

So much fun to do!

Same difference??

The cross stitch was supposed to come with dark blue and extra dark blue thread, but they’re exactly the same color. I checked multiple times, especially in the daytime and natural light.

Mai Cross Stitch

Gorgeous pattern. It is a counted cross stitch so the pattern isn't printed directly on the fabric. The pattern that came with the fabric was clear, and gave you a recommended order to do the parts in. It also came with a clear overview of how to do each type of stitch which is great for beginners or people who haven't cross stitched in a while. The squares and holes ARE tiny, so if that is a problem this probably won't be a great design for you to do. I was worried about running out of thread so I used as much as possible then had lots left over, so as long as you don't waste thread you will have plenty and don't need to painstakingly use every last bit. Note: I accidentally used an extra strand of thread for the tree outline in my picture, but because there are no half stitches I think I actually like it better this way because it looks smoother.

tiny kit but cute.

its small kit but thats ok. they package was a bit roughed up and scratched. its do able I just hope there is enough thread. It also 18 count and I thought it was 14 but that was my fault for not reading it carefully.

Beautiful

Arrived as expected and in perfect condition. The materials given in the project are good quality. I found the project to be a fun experience to see how it was coming together. The outcome looked beautiful, the colours compliment themselves so well. I have always been pleased with the brand as i have sewn many of their kits in the past.

Trying to get the chart enlarged which will help a great deal.

Cross stitch kit arrived really quickly. The only problem I have found is that the chart that you work from is really hard to read. The symbols are quite small. Trying to get the chart enlarged which will help a great deal.

I love this kit!

I love this embroidery, I have done quite a lot of it now and it is coming along nicely. Looks very attractive and the colours are excellent. As it is a "Gold Petite" it isn't too big and is a nice size for a slightly smaller project. It is easy to follow, as the chart is clear. Can't wait until I've finished it!
