The Reason I Love This Might Be a Deal Breaker For You
RESEARCH I DID: I did SO MUCH research on juicers prior to purchase. I decided on a masticating (it uses an auger to press the product) juicer because it gets more juice out and is easier to clean. From there, I watched YouTube videos on masticating juicers to narrow my choices. WHY JUICE?: I wanted a way to get more fruits and veggies in my diet. I am too lazy to prepare all these fruits and veg and I find them boring to eat. They take time to consume. I felt bad about throwing out all the pulp as it is wasteful and a lot of the nutrients are lost but decided to buy a juicer because some nutrients are better than none. WHY I LOVE IT BUT YOU MAY NOT: From the reviews on both types of juicers, a big plus is a juicer that extracts so much juice the remaining pulp is flavorless. I did not have that experience. -- but that is what I love about it! There is flavor in the pulp and I eat it. It holda up well in the fridge for a couple of days in a sealed container. Some choose to put it on their salads and use it in baking. It is so delicious. For pitted fruit, I cut the core and seeds out so I don't put those in but all other fruits go in with the skin. I grind the ginger separately so that I do not consume that pulp unless I want to clear my sinuses, lol. But otherwise, when I am done, I am left with a bowl of kale, beets, mangoes, carrots, apples, oranges, cucumber, mango pulp and it is delicious! This means no waste and I am consuming the ENTIRE FRUIT and VEG. The juice is delicious and addictive. Highly recommended. This is one of my most satisfying purchases.

✨No Second Thought Needed ✨
I wanted a new juicer & had been looking for quite some time. Everyone had these outrageous prices. My last one I had gotten from W&S (If you know you know)even though it gave good juice, it was bulky, had a mesh strainer & not a slow juice not to mention the cleanup????. I knew I want a slow juicer without the wire mesh because lemons over time can cause rusting & corrosion. Well I saw this & it was easy $300-400 cheaper than what I was look at. Now don’t get me wrong it’s a tad bit tall, the shoot is small & ever if you lift it, it’s small & DONT think you’re going to surprise you family on Sunday morning with fresh juice because it can get noisy! But the clean up is remarkably easy, the juice you are able to yield???? & the leftover pulp & peels are dry. Get this! It’s worth every penny ????

Ok at first, but not so much after newness wore off
Pros: at first I thought this would be a great juicer for a 21 day juice cleanse. I didn’t want to spend hundreds- this is affordable. It is lightweight, fits nicely on countertops, wasn’t too difficult to put together to use. I have always used a Champion, so this thing was light years quieter. Wow. Cons: The two inner strainers and macerator suction together, and it takes everything you have to get it apart to clean it. They don’t snap together, and there is no locking mechanism, it’s just you trying to pull out the pieces against incredible suction. Once you get all the pieces apart, it takes quite a bit of time to clean a brush off all the pieces. Bc the shoot where the pope comes out gets clogged very easily, and you have to use the poker on the end of the brush to poke out all the pieces that you can’t reach with your fingers. On the Morning of day 13 I heard a pop while juicing. The inner strainer cracked. I called Amazon and Cuisinart… There’s nothing they can do, but give me my money back or offer me a discount. They don’t have anymore, and there are no extra parts. I’m glad I got a refund. I would NOT buy it again.

From an Experienced Juice Person
Over the years I have had all types of juicers. Everything from cheapie centrifugal juicers to the masticating juicers that are pretty pricey. I decided to get this particular juicer because it fit my needs at this point in my life. Let me explain. Masticating juicers will always be the best, in my opinion. They take the produce and slowly chew it up and extract just about every particle of juice that could be extracted. I did not choose one this time because, even though they are cheaper than they used to be, there are still a few drawbacks. One, they take forever to make juice. In addition, they are more difficult to clean, and you absolutely must cut up your produce to fit them into the small feed chutes. If the quality of the juice is worth it for you, then I can highly recommend them. Centrifugal juicers are louder, generally cheaper, and get your juice to you in a hurry. You don't have to wait, they're easy to take apart, and pretty easy to clean compared to the masticating juicers. That being said, with a centrifugal juicer your pulp will be somewhat wetter, and you will always have some unjuiced items such as apple peels that may not get thoroughly ground up into juice. I chose this particular machine because it fits in my kitchen. Even though I'm retired, I'm very busy, and I really don't have time to play with a fiddly juicer. This is easy to clean, quieter than I expected it to be, and, as I said, it fits on my small countertop. Plus it's a Cuisinart. It matches my food processor! And while I have found the occasional errant apple peel, the pulp is drier than I expected. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this machine and so far I would buy it again.

Great juicer, but not perfect
So many reviewers point out how easy this machine is to clean. It is true there is no mesh to clean, but mesh juicers only have a couple of parts to clean. This has a ton of parts, with the hopper being the worst due to its length and how hard it is to clean inside. As far as juicing goes, however, it blows the mesh juicers away. The pulp is bone dry, and instead of pulverizing the fruit, it actually squeezes it. It's the next generation of juicing. So much better. Seeds and cores are squeezed, not pulverized, so you aren't getting pieces of stuff like that in your juice. Very happy, overall, but cleaning is not as great as some reviews say.

There is no foam control.
This juicer worked better than expected. The only thing I would change about this machine is I would add a foam setting. I juicer a couple of apples and it was creating a large amount of foam. It does dissolve into juice eventually, but it would be nice to control it. Overall it works beautifully and I am happy I bought this juicer.

Good juicer
Simple to set up and use, seems to extract well, and she is fining ways to use up the waste from juicing, it arrived on time and was very sensibly packadged, instructions are brief and recipes next to nothing, so please get yourself a recipe book to go with it, loads on amazon.
