Pitcher has a hole in the bottom of it.

We bought this to make margaritas and the first time we used it, it started leaking and we found a hole in the bottom of the pitcher. How can we get a replacement pitcher?

Turns ice cubes into slushy goodness!

With summer on the way, this slush maker will be in frequent use at my house! It’s easy to operate, easy to clean, and makes divine slushed ice. Recipes are included in the owner’s manual, but it’s easy to make your own. Any drink with ice cubes is better with slushed ice!

Shaves Ices Perfectly.

Now just need margarita glasses. Very tasty, especially when you freeze 100% juice... makes great shaves... like Italian Ice. Almost got the Snow Cone machine instead, but this is perfect.

Quality

Not really make of good material. I gave this as a gift and it was broken when I got it. Did not make for a good gift for my granddaughter. I will look for one that’s better quality.

Love this thing

I just use this as a lime juicer. It’s great. I feel like it gets more juice out of each lime and is way easier to use than a traditional juicer

Amazing so far!

I was skeptical based on some reviews but this worked better than I expected! It's loud but so what it's using a metal blade to chop up ice. That's gonna be loud. Get over it. It was so easy to set up with the strange exception that the power cord is coiled up inside the base of the unit and you can only get it out by using a screwdriver to unscrew this plate on the base - overall really not a big deal though once we figured it out. Besides that you really just plug it in, put ice and whatever else you need in and turn it on! I was worried about the consistency of the slushie but I thought it was exactly what I wanted. It may be a good idea to try to crush the ice a little yourself first otherwise there's a lot of wasted space in the blender and it makes a small drink. Also one final minor complaint is that there is this area beneath the blades where the slushie gets caught and it ends up being difficult to get out into the cup so it's a little wasteful but that's about it. It's easy to clean. We've only used it a few times so I'll update if there are any durability problems but overall I would say I definitely recommend it for simple small serving slushies and frozen drinks and stuff.

Excellent

My kids want to get slushies from the stand all the time at $4 each. I bought this and made the syrup with kool aide. It took a few try's to get the taste just right, but the machine chops up the ice like a champ. It's really loud and you have to run it to get the drink to come out, but it's worth it to save money in the long run.

OK at best

This machine is extremely loud compared to other machines. Doesn't chop solid ice cubes well. Needs to have a lot of liquid in order for it to mix properly, creating a half melted slush/magarita. Also very hard to clean, as the blades are attached to the container. Way over priced for the quality. There are better options available.

Slush Maker

This machine makes wonderful slush but unfortunately it is American and I burnt out the motor immediately because I didn't realise that I would need an electrical transformer to convert our 240 w to their 200 w - I used only an adapter plug to cope with the different socket. The UK version seems to have been out of stock forever. very disappointed to have ruined the machine through ignorance.

Frozen Beverage

This machine is not as it states it does not crush or shave ice at all the blade is way too small and if you do get it to do anything you have to wait over an hour for it to even give you a third of a cup of anything it is garbage it is not worth the money

Better of buying a slush machine or blender

I actually though that this margarita, slushie maker was also a blender but it is absolutely not. If you've seen the vids demonstrating how it works, they take fresh fruits with lots of shaves or crushed ice to beggin with. I thought I could use it with frozen fruits but when i received it and noticed that there isn't any blades to cut the fruits I soon realized that I would never be able to do that. I bought a slush machine which shaves ice, so i can do slush or ice cones with that one, and with a simple blender you can do Margarita or smoothies. Basically, If you buy shaved ice you can make slush with that one, otherwise you can't.
