These compression socks are great! They take the pain away from the top of my foot almost instantly... they are great!!

It works!

I spent most of the day on my feet, and this is a lifesaver. It fits better than other products offered on my Amazon and works just as well. I used to limp for the first five minutes of walking after relaxing my food for a bit. This compression sleeve made it to where I can just get up and walk without the pain. It is comfortable enough to wear it when sleeping, so my foot does not hurt me when I get up in the morning. The compression seems to wear off after a day, but washing it, shrinks it back to the as-new state.

Purchased for my CRPS

I purchased this item for support and pain relief of CRPS in my foot/ankle. CRPS is the most excruciating medical condition known. It fits fairly tight, which is what I was going for. Allodynia from CRPS makes wearing regular socks, when I need to do a lot of walking around, almost unbearable. The Menthol and Copper seem to help, along with the tight fit, to lessen my pain. Although there is no cure and no real good treatment for CRPS, these seem to help a little bit. Please understand that these do NOT COMPLETELY take away the nerve pain, but help a little bit. If you’re hoping to relieve the pain almost completely, these will not do that, nor are they designed or marketed to do so. I figured for the price, why not give them a go. I was surprised at how comfortable they were on my foot. The cooling effect from the Menthol is quite comforting. I was worried that when my foot would begin to perspire, that the Menthol might be a problem. That it would burn (like putting on Icy Hot immediately after a warm bath). That did not happen!! I was very impressed. A definite plus was that even after laundering these about 5 times (or more), the Menthol was still apparent!! I will definitely purchase more of these in the future, when they eventually wear out, as everything does over time. I would recommend these to anyone who would like slight relief from aches and pains. I do not believe that you will be disappointed.

Excellent instep and arch support

Pluses: excellent support and compression...minus: the support can curl at the foot end so extra care when wearing a sock over it otherwise it can bunch and create an annoying bulge in your footwear

Why isn't anyone mentioning the HORRIBLE SMELL?

When I first opened the package, I began to feel a little dizzy and sick. When I took them out, the STENCH was overwhelming! Is this normal? They stank of Absorbine Junior or old-fashioned horse liniment, and reeked so badly that I could smell them in the next room. No one else has mentioned this! It says "menthol infused", and I thought menthol was like mint. But this is beyond disgusting - made my eyes water. They give off FUMES which I am sure you could smell even with shoes on, and would also make your shoes stink. Asked for a refund, pray that I get one, because these are disgusting.
