Not same quality as what you get from an ortho doc. And the harness has to be readjusted each time.

I purchase this because it was one of the more expensive ones and I am not price sensitive. I am typically looking for quality. The unit is functional, it does not have the same features like one time adjustable plastic buckles that you can adjust once and then quickly open and reclose. It just closes with velcro so that will wear out and it takes a lot longer to open and close each day. My previous one that I use on my other leg it much better, but I guess I need to go to the ortho docs office to get another. I also it not as sturdy and does not use the same quality padding.

Would Rate a 3.5 If Possible

My husband's comment is that he would rate the product higher if it weren't so darned uncomfortable. That said, he wears it faithfully every night while sleeping. After using the night splint for almost a month, he thinks there is improvement in that he isn't in pain every time he walks. It took several nights to adjust the straps when putting it on so that he didn't wake up during the night with them too tight. He's got it now and although it is uncomfortable he sleeps, and putting it on is part of his pre bedtime ritual. His plantar fasciitis is a little better. He would recommend it but only if you are willing to use it regularly.

It’s a well made product

Really hard to sleep in I was not able to sleep in it more than 3-4 hours. I found another one that worked better for me.

Great brace

I'm 6'6" with a size 14-15 size shoe and this is the only night brace that fits. I wear the every night due to drop foot caused by nerve damage. I wear this nightly which took several nights to get the strap attention right. The top strap is pretty snug to keep in place, the ankle strap is snug to keep the brace against my leg with the strap at my foot loose so pressure is not put on the top and bottom of my foot. Best brace I've found.
