Just what I needed
Great quality from CLC as always. This is my third product from them and I'm happy with them all. Fits my 20v DeWalt drill and impact driver nicely.

Not bad at all
This is shockingly pretty great for the price which makes me wonder what's the catch for profit? I guess I can see a machine doing all of the work on it from pattern cutting to the sewing machine used for the stitches. In any case, I'd wager this thing takes 5 minutes for someone to construct after cutting is done. But don't let that fool you. Leather products can be the exception for lacking quality in quickly made products. The lone weak point of the construction is the velcro as others have pointed out. However instead of replacing it with a snap on, I plan to dismantle the holster and just copy it over to new leather and make a whole new one with snap on. If you can't do that and want a more 'hands on' production that will last for certain, just drop the 60 dollars on the occi holster. If you REALLY want something that's super nice, find a leathercrafter to build you one by hand for fair compensation of their time. A hundred bucks perhaps, possibly 150-200. The sky is the limit if you got money to burn. We can build you something that's as fancy as you want it to be. But, chances are if you're here, you just want something super affordable. And this will surely do the job. Also, this seems to be bare leather. I dyed it saddle and applied a finish, no problem. FYI if you want something more than natural skin tone.

Owned many pricier/fancier, but came back to CLC
I'm hard on my stuff. Wore my CLC holster to the point of it being a handkerchief. Tried 4 other major, highly rated holsters, and after a very short time I came back to the CLC. Actually gave my other ones away at the job site. CLC is inexpensive an easily replaceable. Use the P out of it and get a new one. The 'handling' of the CLC outperforms the others because it sits just right, and draw and return are thoughtless muscle-memory, which can't be said for the others.... One more major thing: if you don't snap the strap, your gun sits deep enough in the CLC that you can jog across joists and it won't fall out, unlike the blingy competitors

Quality product, Harbor Freight price
I've been a residental electrician for a number of years now and I've consistently used CLC products. For the price, you absolutely can't beat it. They make a ton of quality leather tools that I use and beat on daily and they've never failed me.

Maybe too long lasting...
This holds fairly well. It has the classic pros and cons of leather tool belts. It takes forever to break in. It can crack. It doesn't have stitching. It could last "forever." I probably should have gone with nylon. I feel it may take too long for my drill to wear in a fit. But it is a quality item.

Works great to keep your drill handy.
Drill fit right in the holster. I did oil mine down to soften the leather. Has been very handy on several projects so far. Put drill in, put strap over handle to keep it in. My drill did fall out once.

Great holster for the price.
Reasonably well-made, especially for the cost. Held my drill and assessories while I re-roofed my shed. I don't do carpentry for a living, but I do a lot around my home. I'm sure this will last me a long time.

Works great with my Dewalt cordless driver
Works great with my Dewalt cordless driver. The only reason for 4 star is I see no need for TWO pencil holders, and they are too short & positioned too high to be of much use.

Premium quality and workmanship
Velcro deteriorates fast. I had to buy leather working tools to install a clasp instead
