Not quite a WaterGym

WaterGym isn't selling belts now. This belt is OK, but doesn't have the 2" stretch belt. It is only 1.5" and no elastic.

Wife LOVES it!

Wife is NOT a strong swimmer. But in our swim spa, it adds just a little more stability to her as she does her little exercises.

Swim Belt is great for Kids

My son is 9, and just a little shy about swimming still. I remembered having something like this as a kid, and decided to see if it would boost his confidence. Sure enough as soon as he realized he was good with it, he swam with confidence and even was brave enough to jump in. (Would not recommended to use in place of an actual life jacket) but, it’s perfect for those almost there swimmers who hate the arm floaties! I ordered a size small, and he wears boys size 8 pants. (He is tall and skinny) The floaty section wraps around him perfectly and I just used a couple of rubber bands to secure the added length of the belt so it wasn’t hanging loose. Ordered a second one in bright green!

Best Ski Exercise belt

Excellent ski belt that is used as an exercise belt for deep water movements. Keeps me upright in the deep end so I can avoid hitting the bottom of the pool stressing my joints. It kept me afloat even when I was at my heaviest weight of 316 lbs . Any one in deep water should use this to help keep u upright and unencumbered to exercise in any manner. It is about four inches wide providing enough support to snugly fit around my waist without riding up into the armpits as most other exercise belts do. The yellow part is very dense and about an inch thick and no matter how tight you cinch the blue belt strap it won't cut into you. Been using same one for 15 years And I have had no tears or breakdown on any piece of the belt. no wear fraying nothing. Having a crooked spine it was hard to find one that would stay in place. Easily secures together by pushing one piece of the buckle into the other and and minimal effort to remove by squeezing one piece and sliding it apart. I have problems with hand strength and dexterity and it's easy to use. I am women's size 12 top and the large was very long. Long enough that the yellow bits almost touch. I prefer to wear it so the yellow ends just sit under my ribs on my side slightly forward around my waist. I could have easily worn a medium as the large was almost touching. I would say get the medium if u wear up to a size 18. Large for misses 20-24 . You don't want the yellow part of the belt to touch each other or u will not be able to tighten the belt. The belt needs to be worn very snug before you get in the water as it will loosen up some once wet. The belt buckle strap provides an extra18 inches of length past the length of the yellow part.

Perfect for all water usage

I purchased these for my 10 year old and 9 year old to play in the lake. They are great swimmers, but when we anchor out in the water or when we swim at the pier I am not comfortable with them playing without a life vest. This is a perfect way to allow their arms to freely swim but not be completely without a floatation device.

La mienne est en mousse jaune assez resistante et ma fille a commandé la même et a reçu une version cheap du style mousse recouverte de vinyl. Une copie. Trop tard malheureusement pour retourner.

Vinyl belt is slippery

I bought this to replace my old belt which I use for aquafit. (the shaped aquafit belts hurt my back, but this shape of belt has always worked for me.) This product does not stay in position. The belt is webbing (not adjustable elastic) and is very uncomfortable. In order to keep the belt in place, it needs to be cinched too tightly to be able to breathe properly.

Strap

I’ve been looking for one like this for a couple years as I had lost the one I had. The only negative I see on this is the strap is removable. It was attached to both ends on the first one I had. I’ll get use to it.
