Wand is Way to Short and Cannot Keep Sprayer Locked on

Positive: Has great pressure and nozzle is adjustable Negatives:(1) "Extension" Wand that is included in the box is VERY VERY short at only 12 inches long. So when spraying anything on the ground you need to totally bend over. (The nozzle attaches to either the extension wand or shut off handle.) (2) The 12 inch wand requires the purchaser of this product to spend more money to buy the longer "Extension" Wand that should have been included with this product. There is a 32 inch Chapin extension wand that is supposed to fit this product and costs $20. So you might want to add $20 to the final cost when considering whether or not to purchase this sprayer. (3). The online manual states that the product has "Fatigue Free Spraying" which locks the sprayer on for when you are spraying a long time. Something that I need but is not included with this product. The image under paragraph 7 on the online manual shows the locking feature on the handle, but this feature is not shown on the box or on Amazon. If you are spraying for a long period of time, you will want the lock on feature.

Works great

Purchased this item because have purchased less expensive ones that would leak soon after purchase. This item is well worth spending more. Easy to use and durable.

Far from perfect, but requires little effort to keep working

I've owned this device for a couple years and used it for two main purposes: it is very handy in cleaning the salty winter slush off my bike before taking it in (hot soap water, 20-30 times a year), and it serves as a personal shower system and a source of water for oral care and dishwashing during long road trips that my wife and I do a couple times a year. It is really great for doing clean-ups after visiting beaches and such. It's amazing how little water is required for all those purposes; after a 7-day summer trip from Vancouver to Chicago, we still had Vancouver water left in the tank. The defects: * The lid seal is too rigid. It requires considerable force to make it air-tight. Eventually, it will stop working and I will have to make my own. It is not too difficult -- I cast molding silicone (Illuseffect is one of the cheaper brands) in 3d-printed molds to make all my static seals. * The surfaces in contact with the seal (the throat and the lid) have defects: visible shrink cavities and badly cleaned parting line. It took some additional effort to clean that up and the seal still requires a manly effort to tighten. * Pump seal and bore wear quickly and stop working, especially if the water is not perfectly clean. I have so far been able to fix that by lubricating the piston with silicone grease. * Pump bore has an imperfect shape. It appears to be wider at the bottom. Leaving the tank under pressure with the shaft fully inserted results in a substantial water leak around the shaft. With a couple inches short of full insertion, It can hold air for weeks. * Pump shaft rusts easily. The rust has not affected performance so far, but is a little unpleasant. * Not a defect as such, but the nozzle has lost its shape and stopped making fine spray after hitting the ground too many times. The latter is the reason I am here today: I'm looking for a replacement for the nozzle. The thing is still good enough and I am largely satisfied with it -- to the extent that keeping it and having to deal with the known issues seems to be more attractive than an untested replacement of any kind.

Great sprayer!!

I've only had good experiences with these sprayers. They do clog sometimes, but this is easily cleared and they spray great; up to about 10-12 feet. I have a pressure washing business and bought these because of the Viton seals (I use some pretty caustic chemicals). I have only had some problems with them breaking, but this was due to employee misuse and not on any way reflecting on the sprayer. These have lasted longer than any other sprayer we purchased; most of which were cheaper, but in the long run, these are more cost effective because they last a lot longer. I will purchase these again when the need arises.

Used 4-5 times and no longer works!

Bought this to use on a regular basis. The Company seems to have great products. Used this sprayer maybe 4-5 times and it will no longer spray. It worked great for a short time. Now it holds pressure but will not spray. Took the hose apart several times thinking it was clogged. No luck. I really needed this product to work and was willing to pay the high price for a quality product since I need it for my daily work.

Degreaser used !!!

Looks very strong haven't tried yet, only thing is missing is the strap call manufacturer and per them doesn't come with one but they agreed to send me one for free

Built tough. Deffinatly worth the money so far.

So far so good. Don’t know what all the bad reviews were about but mine works fine.the only complaint I have is that thier is no filter but man this thing is built tough. And after only 8 pumps it kept a nice steady stream for longer than any other p. Sprayer I’ve had and did not drip. I’ve got a couple evaporator coils to clean this week so we will put her through the paces and see how it goes. Happy so far
