Sturdy Cake Pan! Even Baking.

This product has become one of my favorite cake pans! I like that the material that the pan is made out of is very sturdy and produces even baking. I have used this pan to make several cakes such as coffee cake, carrot cake, and even chocolate brownies and have seen good results. I do recommend using parchment paper because cake tends to stick to the corners of the pan but if it happens cleaning is easy. I use a small brush or soak the pan with warm water and it cleans like new. I have had this pan for about a year now and continue to use it regularly with no problem. This cake pan in my opinion is totally worth the price.

Long-lasting Durability, Fits in My Toaster Oven!

I've been looking for a 13x9 pan that will fit in my Breville counter top convection oven for over a year. I love my 8x8 Calphalon pan, and noticed that it didn't have the fluted edges and handles that a lot of other pans do. Because of this, the 13x9 Calphalon pan just fits into the counter top oven. I can finally make a quarter sheet cake/lasagna, AND it will be in a nice pan!

I like the pan

I like the pan. It's great with the 'nonstick' but I don't like the folded edges for reasons of cleaning. Water tends to get into the corners and weep out even after thoroughly drying with a kitchen towel. I haven't had any problems with batter getting stuck in the edges, just water. For reference: I don't put nonstick in the dishwasher. Even the most 'eco' dish washing detergents tend to rust out pans, pots and nonstick varieties. I prefer washing and drying these items by hand.

Super pan for dessert baking~well made.

Exactly what I needed! Pan is really well made and perfect for flans and coffee cakes because side dimensions are higher than regular nine inch cake pans. "Loving it" Good buy.
