Love it
I love this pan. I actually use it when we barbecue to store hamburgers, chicken, etc in when they come off the grill. The lid keeps them nice and warm until they’re all done and we’re ready to eat. The only downside is that it can’t be put in the dishwasher.

American made
I buy Nordicware because it’s made in the US. It’s sturdy and durable. Cleans up nice. I wish the clear 9x13 lid fit, but it doesn’t. But that’s ok, the metal lid is fine. I just prefer my clear one.

Best take anywhere pan!
It bakes evenly, cleans up nice and doesn't break if it gets dropped! I have 3 of them!

I've had tons of people asking where I bought it..
I've spent the past couple years learning new things that I once thought was pretty stupid, and baking was one of them. Baking things has seemed to become a normal thing for me to do now, and I rather enjoy it. I'm a 30 year old male who works at a company that has carry-in lunches pretty often, so I've been baking rather than buying things and now I'm the go-to person for baking/trying new recipes to bring in for people. I always bring the goods in these pans since they seem to take the abuse of bouncing around my pick-up truck and still looks really new. I plan to keep buying these pans whenever they are worn or unsightly because they are very, very good quality. It's not a gripe but more of a recommendation that when you get these to realize these are stamped and some of the edges could be slightly sharp at the wrong angles if you're holding them. This can be fixed with a small file or sandpaper to round some of the edges. This was just my experience but possibly not in all cases. I would 10/10 buy again, and I honestly will.

it was scratched up when it arrived
looks very nice, however the cover was scratched up when it arrived, it was packaged with bubble wrap so it must have been scratched before it was put in the box

My Perfect hot or cold pan!
I now own 4 of these pans with lids-perfect for hot/cold desserts/casseroles. The pans are so easy to clean. Perfect!!!

Love the cover
I use this as a roasting and braising pan. The cover means I don't need to use foil.

Very light weight
I was quite surprised at how light weight the pan is. Don’t know yet if that means it won’t be durable so time will tell on that point. As others have mentioned the edge on the cover is quite sharp so I’m expecting that at some point in time someone’s flesh will be sliced but so far so good on that point. So far I’m happy with it. I love that it has a metal cover as opposed to plastic because I managed to break every plastic cover I had on my old pans. I also love that it does not have a non-stick coating because I managed to scrape the coating off all my old pans. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars due to the weight as well as the high risk of getting cut.

Nice pans, but 9 x 13 is inside measurements!
I really like these pans, so I won't return them, but will have to look to find another covered pan for my needs. These are great pans. I love *love* the fitted metal lids - tested these with lasagna and they are great! I love not needing aluminum foil for the top of the pans, and not needing a plastic wrap to be able to cover them to store in the fridge. Im withholding 1 star because i do find the edges of the lids kind of sharp- not sharp enough to slice my fingers open, but definitely sharp enough that it hurts my hands and leaves nasty lines in my skin when opening and closing the pans. My only other point of contention is a personal issue. I bought these to fit my nice countertop oven (Hamilton Beach XL convection countertop that CAN fit 9x13 pans) but the dimensions in this listing are for the inside measurements! I mean, its nice that its a true 9x13 interior, but the lip edges aren't simply rolled, they are actually quite pronounced, and then the lid piece has a large protruding grip on one side. Exterior dimensions of the pan are 9.5" x 14 5/8th" (24.2 cm x 37.2 cm) and the lid with the handle edge is 9 11/16th" x 15.5" (24.6cm x 39.5 cm). Overall these are great pans, and the sale price made these really worth it. I can still use these in my full size oven but because of the edge, they lack the utility I was hoping for with my small oven (household of two, so I hate using the big oven for just us)

Light weight, stacks away in each other. Will never rust and will last for generations with a patina
I was tired of the heavy glass 9x13 trays as they didn’t travel or store well. I Find I have not used my ceramic glass lidded casserole dishes in lieu of this also. I have made stew, lasagna, noodle casserole and cake in these. I replaced my rusty meatloaf pans also and would highly recommend those as well. Fits a good size lasagna. These heat evenly, stacks in fridge, lasagna in one, cake in the other. Travel ready. Easy for leftovers. Take it out of the fridge, slide the lid off, take what you want to reheat in microwave, pop the lid back on and put it back in the fridge.

It just works
I have to admit that when I first held the pan in my hands, I was immediately concerned about its lack of heft. The pan itself weighs 320g while the cover weighs 232g. Will it last? Only time will tell. However, what I can tell you is that the pan performed perfectly on first use. I baked a lemon-blueberry buttermilk cake that came out perfectly. The pan survived and cleaned up nicely, none the worse for wear. I haven't had the chance to bake with the cover so I can't say much about it.
