Drop in Replacement burner for the Baron

Bought my grill in 2014 and it had a great run until this past year 2019 when the burners started to wear a bit. This part is not difficult to find per-se, but the pictures provided are not always accurate. I was ready to have to MAKE this fit, but it was the exact replacement part after all. The tab on the tail end is angled up, unlike what the picture shows. Works great, burns like the original.

Both new and items listed as damaged packaging

Both products performed flawlessly. I was reluctant to buy parts with the damaged package but this was minimal. Will review those items more often for additional savings.

Wasn't a perfect fit had to make a mod for a perfect fit.

Replaced my old rusty burners in my 5 yr old Barron. Wasn't a perfect fit had to make a few modifications.

Perfect fit and thick gauge metal

I bought 1 then had to buy the rest of the set because it became obvious how bad the others were. They are better than the originals and very solid. My baron 440 is better than new.

Tolles Produkt

Habe die Brenner für einen Broil King Baron bestellt. Passen einwandfrei. Für die Montage musste ich nur die Sicherungsklammern lösen. Alte raus, neue rein. Tolles Flammbild. Wurden eine Woche schneller geliefert als erwartet.

Too short

Shorter than the original by a couple mm. Because of this the tube is unble to reach the mounting ridge in the cookbox. Seems to be secure enough without it. Not sure if the shortness is a manufacturer defect or not. Baron 440 NG

Perfect fit

This OEM replacement burner fit our Baron BBQ perfectly. The only problem was the hold down screw was rusted in place making the removal of the old one difficult. Once removed, the new one slipped right in and didn't need any flame adjustment.

Fits as described.

Exact fit for Broil King Baron and arrived quickly. My Broil King BBQ is good for another five years with these installed.

It fits very well. However, the difficulty of the installation depends on the degree of rusty of the bolts
