Much better than steel one

I replaced a steel burner with this and you can tell a big difference. This one has blue flame instead of red and smokey on the steel one. It is built to last.

Just what U needed

The cord saved the day. The cord I had burned up and I wasn't able to cook our fried Turkey for Christmas. I ordered a new one and it worked perfectly.

Nice Blue Flame

I replaced the rusted out tin side burner on my Grill. Not the easiest fit but I knew that going in. Cut a hole, made a bracket to hold the bottom and supported with 2 long 1/4" bolts. Not much room for the hose connection so I tried an elbow after the orifice into the burner. Made a big orange flame. Good for a fire pit but not for cooking. Second attempt I got a flare elbow and put the orifice back where it belongs in the burner. I connected to the low pressure line from the grill header with the factory adjusting knob. It now has a nice blue flame. It can be lot hotter than the factory burner too. The cast iron should last a long time. I did not think the low pressure would work so now I have the high pressure regulator left over. I'll put that on the "fish fryer" at the lake that is currently hooked direct to the tank (I use it for boiling corn and salt potatoes). It will be nice to have some control for a change. This worked out really well for my project.

This burner is very short inlenghth as the reflected heat from the pot will soon get to supply pipe

Only bad point is it's too short It gets hot as ifbig pot is pot on stand. As the heat output is very good and needs to be redesigned with at least few inches more

Poorly assembled.

The gas fitting has been cross threaded which if I reseat it then it could leak gas due to thread damage

Update good use

Dont know if i received a cheap wrong item becuz it was not the one in the picture, mine ws missing the spring, very cheap paint peeling off....Amazon should change the picture and product is worth $5... not happy at all. Update..... product is good accept for priced to high.....more heat and cooks fast.

Works great

My old fish fryer regulator died and like most China made junk was not an available part...my solution was to replace with this burner and a standard regulator and hose. Works as advertised.

Lo he utilizado un par de veces y funciona muy bien, es muy facil de utilizar, laflama se regula sin complicaciones, muy recomendable
