Works great for canning
I'm using this for my 21 quart pressure canner, as my kitchen stove is too small. It's heavy duty, very sturdy, and puts out an amazing amount of heat (maybe too much, I had to open the gas valve just the tiniest bit to avoid a ridiculous flame). There's not much to put together, which is good, because it doesn't really come with assembly instructions. It didn't come with washers, so we had to add some to the metal flap that holds the burner in place. The flame went out once when a breeze hit it, but otherwise worked great. I suggest keeping an eye on it unless you're in a very sheltered area.

Excellent propane burner
Assembly was easy, requiring only a screwdriver to attach the burner to the frame. I used this to fry a turkey, and this handled the weight of a 16lb turkey and around 4 gallons of oil without issue. The sleeve to control fuel/air mixture took a little getting used to, but it is simple and effective.

I use this in my stick burner smoker to regulate heat replaced an old unit. Great hose just a bit short(my only complaint) so far it is a solid unit for the money

Great burner for homebrewing!
This is a great burner. I bought it because I wanted to replace the super loud jet-style burner I had been using. One thing I immediately noticed is that loud burner does not equal faster boil, because this heats my kettle just as fast. And it’s significantly quieter. Setup and operation are very simple. If you’ve used a propane burner before, you’ll know how to use this. If this is your first burner, the instructions are clear and simple to understand. I use mine to brew beer in a 15 gallon kettle and it’s rock solid. Zero rocking or wobbling. Heat output is comparable to most other burners I’ve used. Heat distribution is much better than the jet-style burners so at least in my experience, this heats up better. I was contemplating purchasing a different (more expensive) Gas One burner with a higher BTU output but I’m glad I opted for this instead. I can’t recommend this burner enough.

Awesome Unit
I've been using this as my primary cooktop for over 3-months in an outdoor kitchen. I've been very happy with this unit. It's sturdy and can crank out serious heat; however, the regulator also allows you to dial the temperature down to low for simmering. Grate design requires medium/large pots and pans. As others have mentioned, minor smell fumes during first use so just expect this when purchasing - i.e., set it up outside and let it burn on hot for 5-minutes. Problem solved. Excellent product for the price - highly recommend.

Best purchase ever!
If you are into ethnic cooking this stove is a must, just fire it up outside and start cooking. Powerful even flame for stir-fry or any high heat cooking. For folks complaining about the orange flame, just adjust the joint near the stove. It's quite sturdy, not at all rickety, yes smaller bottom pots will just sink down, which can be remedied by putting a grill (can be bought at canadian tire). No more food smell in the house, all my cooking can be done outside!
