Great quality for the price

I’m really happy with this suit! It’s a very nice natural cotton fabric. The sizing is what I like the most. I’m 4ft 11 and 120..ish lbs I ordered the xs and it fits me great

Good bee suit (I'm a new beekeeper)

Pretty decent construction. Zipper leaves a lot to be desired, taking the hood off unzips it from the suit like every time. Pro-tip, if you glue the zipper closed on one side and just use the other to zip it around, definitely saves a lot of time & frustration. Secondly, DO NOT allow the hood to end up in the dryer. the wire inside the mesh part that keeps the screen out from your head, is connected with soft tubing or shrink. After drying, it must have softened the tubing which then broke. I ended up trimming a slot in the space around the wire, then crimping a slightly larger piece of tubing on it so it's completely secured and not soft or bendy. Anyway, decent, fits good but shrinks a little after washing. Would buy again even with all that.

Great suit - not so great vail

This is a great suit except for the vail, the lack of stays between the hat and the suit allows the vail to fall against the skin and then the bees can sting you. I know because it happened to me. Now I'm looking for a remedy so I can continue to use the suit.

Nice bee suit, roomy enough for this plus sized mama.

I wanted to be able to assist my husband in beekeeping duties and this bee suit fits the ticket. I am a short, plus sized lady and chose a 3x. It's perfect for me, it's not too heavy, not too light. I like that it has the stirrups for my feet, makes me feel secure so I know that bees aren't going to be flying up my pants somehow. I've worn it on two occasions and the bees let me be (see what I did there?)

Zipper broke the first day

Cheap price and does the job but zipper is ver cheap and broke the first day. I’ll have to sow in a new zipper myself.

The screen in the hat is too close and I was stung twice on my nose .

The screen on the hat was too close ,so I was stung twice on my nose and once on the back of my neck.

Good points and bad points

I have worn the suit twice and washed it once. I like the heavy weight poly cotton, the zips crossing over at the neck and the thumb loops. I don't like the very narrow rim on the hood or the netting going all around the hat as these mean the netting is in contact with my face and presumably the back of my head/neck if I turn my head at all. It took me a long time to find out that the hood would actually come off the suit. There is alot of brown staining from the wire hat rim on the suit from washing it once. Also the wire in the rim has already broken.

Rundum guter Schutz

Nach mehreren Einsätzen gegen Wespen die schon aggressiv versucht haben, den Störenfried zu stechen, ist bisher kein Stachel durchgekommen. Man bekommt ihn gut alleine angezogen. die Reihenfolge der drei Zipper muss man erst einmal verstehen, aber gut ausgedacht, dass ein Zipper den nächsten überdeckt und der letzte wird dann per ausreichend breitem Klettverschluss verdeckt. Schön auch, die großen zugringe an den Zippern. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil der Kopfschutz nicht seperat abzunehmen ist (so baumelt der Spannring mit Hut und Netz in Arbeitspausen etwas störend auf dem Rücken), nirgendwo atmungsaktives Material z.B. unter der Achsel verwendet wurde und die Zipper an den Füßen hätten etwas länger ausgeschnitten sein können. Mit Schuhen den Anzug anzuziehen ist schwer. Preis-Leistung ist aber großartig.
