Gotham Steel bacon bonanza è una teglia che presenta una griglia che tiene la pancetta lontana dal fondo della padella dove si raccoglie il grasso. Great for Bacon Lovers

If you like bacon, then you don’t like your stove top messed up, this is for you. There’s a larger one if you’d like to make more bacon. I love bacon and I love bacon and eggs I love bacon sandwiches not that we have it all the time, but we have it less than we’d like to, because I never wanted to make the mess of bacon. I learned to make bacon in the microwave but it’s somehow not quite the same. This is really nice because it keeps your bacon in kind of flat strips and you can leave it in the oven until it’s the exact consistency that you want, floppy bacon or crispy bacon. Of course, the downside is you have to heat the oven and not everyone wants to do that, and I like to keep foil around it to make sure that it doesn’t splash around the oven because no matter where you cook it, bacon does that, but this is so much better than making a mess all over the stove in the kitchen and you have BACON!!!

Great for Baking Bacon

I bought this as a second pan to bake bacon. My only complaint is that I cannot fit a whole package of bacon into this pan. It only took me 2 years to figure out I needed a second pan so I can cook all the bacon at once. This is easy to clean and works very well. Recommend.

Decent, but not great, bacon cooking tray.

I bought this due to a friend's recommendation and after using it a couple of dozen times, I'd have to say I'm not impressed. It's a pain in the butt to put the bacon in the rows and although the instructions don't recommend inverting the bacon halfway through the cooking process, if you don't, you have the top half of the bacon crispy and the lower half, still chewy. You MUST flip the bacon if you want it to have an evenly cooked piece. I'd rather buy two nice, sturdy baking sheets for the price of one of these to cook my bacon from now on. Which I did!

Nice Idea, Poor Result

We had a different bacon tray which could only do four pieces at a time so we got this tray. We tried this tray for the first time on some center cut bacon, but there was a problem. We filled the tray completely and put the strips with the fat side down. The meat side was done nicely, but the fat side was nowhere near done. We had to finish them in the microwave. I got another package of center cut bacon and this time we are going to put the fat side up. Putting the fat side up helped, but I didn’t cook the bacon as long as the kind suggested so the bacon wasn't cooked as well as I would have liked. Again, we finished the strips in the microwave. We'll be getting a third pound of center cut bacon, cook it fat side up, and for the full amount of time. Even cooking with the fattier side up and for longer than suggested does not get the bacon done like we like or think bacon should be. We had to finish them off in the microwave. Again. Nice idea to be able to cook almost a whole package of bacon at once, but the result was less than ideal.

Cooks even

It works nice. Takes the full 24 minutes but 1/2 way through the top was crisp and the bottom was uncooked. I took the bacon out and turned It over. So if your ok with doing that it works Cleans nice in the dish washer after draining the fat

Unique but dies not save time

The deep pan is great for all the grease, but even using every other opening and flipping the rack upside down I was still baking for 1.5 - 2 times longer then the instructions indicated because it wasn't cooking evenly. So as long as you aren't trying to save time and tou have some where to store it it can be convenient.

These were on sale at the local store later for an even lower price but no matter it’s worth the money. First time for me baking my bacon. Works great. Not so easy to clean though even when soaked some spots won’t come off, the dark spots you get when baking sometimes but it mostly comes clean.perfect bacon in twenty minutes, when you put less bacon strips on it monitor closely because it takes less time to cook.

JUNK!

I've only used this item twice and it's already garbage. It's definitely not non-stick or durable. I haven't cleaned it with anything harsh and the finish is already coming off. See the picture. It's a good idea, but it's a little small. Some of the bacon I buy is too long for the tray. I also had to use it twice to cook larger packs of bacon. I know they sell a larger version for a horrible price, at least it's expensive here in Canada. I wouldn't buy this product again anyway, based on the poor longevity.

It is good for cooking bacon in the oven ( I hate cooking it on the stove ) and I do meal prep so if I do cook any it is in large quantity and most saved for a later time. My only complaint would be that cleaning the rack is tricky. I don't have a dish washer so have to do it by hand.
