La doppia griglia antiaderente Gotham Steel in ceramica e titanio presenta una superficie di cottura a doppia faccia per il doppio dell'utilità. Ha una griglia da un lato e una piastra dall'altro. Griglia bistecche, pesce, hot dog, pollo e usa la piastra per friggere pancetta o uova. La scanalatura sui lati raccoglie tutto il grasso per una successiva pulizia. Excellent non-stick griddle without nasty chemicals
I use this to heat up pizza in a toaster oven and it works really well. Overflowing melted cheese does not stick at all, and the griddle helps to crisp up the bottom of the b=pizza. No more smelly smoking toaster oven heating elements with burnt cheese everywhere! Cleanup is really a breeze because nothing sticks at all. No oil needed (in fact you aren't supposed to use any non-stick spray). The only problem so far is a tiny bit of the nn-stick coating flaked off at the edge of the griddle (where it doesn't really matter). I suspect that if it bang the griddle's edge over time, more may come off.

Nonstick, easy clean up if you follow directions
The first time I had these I screwed them up and had to toss them. All my own fault: I didn't follow their instructions. Bought again and this time I did it right, and this works great and cleanup is a breeze. First, don't use Pam, butter, grilling spray or anything else to "grease" it; you don't need to do any of that and if you do you'll ruin it. Next, don't use it with metal utensils. Finally, don 't use it on anything higher than medium heat Follow those simple rules and it will work as promised. I've used it on my grill a few times and it works great.

I use it a lot!
Cooks bacon beautifully in the oven, and great for chicken tenders and many other foods, too. I spray coat it, cleans easily with soft brush.

No longer non-stick after a few uses
Used this skillet on 2 camping trips maybe 4 or 5 meals. I made it a flannel bag to store it in so that it would not get scratched and made sure to follow the directions. Despite the care, it became scorched in spots and is now no longer non-stick in sections on both sides. Would not purchase again.

Awesome stove top grill.
I would recommend this is the next best thing if a person cannot afford an outside gas grill. I am totally impressed with us as I have used it to do hamburgers on I have even used it to Grill BBQ pork chops on and even my husband is amazed and how the food taste like it was cooked on an outdoor grill the only thing that I do not like about it is that on an outside grill you can pull your Lids Grill down to keep the heat and cook your meat from from the inside out with this you actually have to put a lid over at after you've growed your food on it to cook the inside of your meat I do know that there is a lid specifically made for the from what I've seen But the cost is like 39 99 for the glass lid that fits over this other than that I am fully satisfied with this I have not sprayed my stove Grill at all I cook it on low to medium heat it washes up in a blink of an eye I mean when I did my hamburgers I actually ran it under my kitchen faucet and let hot water run on it and the grease just literally rolled right off of it I highly recommend this product.

short term non stick, otherwise a good product
after a few uses and cleanings, the non-stick coating becomes less non-stick and more difficult to clean! .. However, I would recommend it! especially for camp stoves and morning breakfast through evening dinner!

Love it!
I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. Love being able to use it on the stove top as well as the oven. I know products say easy to clean but your always still scrubbing away but not this one. So easy to clean that I could just run water over to clean.

Most useful pan in my cupboard
Love this grill, easy to clean, nothing sticks to it, cooks evenly, I'm impressed with the product, and have purchased a whole set of baking and cooking pots from the same line. High quality, bang for your buck. I purchased the copper hammered looks great in the kitchen, and can go from stove to table and look good too.

A breeze to cook with & clean up
I have seen fry pans advertised with this coating, so when I saw this griller, I wanted to try one. Considering all that is going on out there the order came in good time. I washed it with soap and water ( as we should with anything that we buy that can be washed and dried, when being shipped by any service and from any company ) to be on the safe side of things, and then used it to barbecue supper. The thing was awesome....... got the grill marks on the meat and when it cooled down after supper I washed it with soap & water and it came out super clean. I recommend this product as I have used many over the last 45 yrs of BBQuing, and think this is gonna be a keeper!!! Thanks amazon for good service and good products.

A great mess free alternative to BBQ
This grill plate works great! I have used it to cook fish, beef, and pork on my electric stovetop and it does a decent job everytime. I tried both flat and ridged sides and cleanup was very easy, even when it looked like a scary mess. You can literally scrape off the residue with a spatula and it does not need much washing after that. It heats up pretty fast, and I really like the fact that I can quickly and easily cook any type of meat or fish without adding oil or butter. The only downside is the smoke released (just like a real BBQ), but nothing good ventilation won't solve. I highly recommend it and wish I had purchased sooner.

There is not an easy way to move the grill when it is hot ...
Unit delivered promptly and performs as advertised. However it is not suitable for all stove surfaces. I am using an electric stove top and there is no clearance under the grill and the heat buildup leaves a stain on the enamel around the element. I had to purchase a trivet to raise the grill. There is not an easy way to move the grill when it is hot as it has low clearance. I installed two split rings on the sides to allow me to be a able lift the grill when it was hot. I fried an egg and when cooked I had to chase it around the non-stick surface like a hockey puck. I needed two utensils to lift the egg. I am keeping the grill because it does a great job with steaks once you have modified the unit.

Easy to clean, excellent grill marc on steak, fish while air frying. Great value and light to use all the time
