I have a very thin hair , and thin quantity frizzy hair , this did nothing than a regular cheaper iron hasn’t done , returned .

Not the best

This hair straightener is alright. It does straighten my hair ok and my hair feels soft, but there are many downsides. It constantly makes a buzzing noise and has not gone away since I have been using it. It also feels like it is ripping the ends of my hair and takes multiple passes to straighten. I had a nano titanium babybliss pro hair straightener before and it was much better.

AMAZING

This straightener works wonders! I have super thick hair & the ends tends to frizz up but this straightener smoothes out my hair & makes it look so silky. My favorite!!

Quality hair straightener - for straightening only!

Heats up super fast. Easy to use. Nice sleek design. Biggest issue with it is that it’s not that easy to curl my ends with it. I’m not sure why as my previous iron was the same size and was easy to use for that purpose.

Comes with titanium plates, not ceramic! (in the item description, as of 12/25/2020)

The item was listed that it comes with ceramic plates, but the box says (and the plates are) titanium. I wanted to get a premium straightener for my fiance, but ended up with a cheap piece of junk that was outperformed by her old Con Air one. This Amika required multiple passes to straighten, as is common with titanium-plated ones. Now, it's Christmas day, my fiance is disappointed and I have to go looking for a decent ceramic-plated straightener. Take a hard pass on this one!

My first straightener was amika . I purchased it from a vendor stand in the Toronto Eaton Centre 10 years ago. It never failed me, always heated fast and did the best curls. It sadly died today after it fell to the ground from the top shelf and the plate cracked. I was super sad, becuase it was literally my best friend BUT when I checked out what's new.. im even beyond in love with this new model. So sleek and sexy and my hair feels amazing.. and i straighten / curl my hair daily. Love amika. Keep making amazing products!!

Mon meilleur fer !

Incroyable ! Je suis déjà fan de tout les produits Amika et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix ! J'ai de très long cheveux épais et ondulé et lorsque je veux étirer mes cheveux, un seul coup de fer suffit! Il deviennent lisse et brillant !! J'utilisais depuis l'âge de 14 ans les fers plats de marque Avanti que j'aimais beaucoup mais définitivement le meilleur fer que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent !
