Works great
Works better than the analog hygrometer and thermometer I have and half the price of my local pet store... Would have liked to see some suggestions for placing the humidity sensor depending on use, but I'll just play around with it to determine the best placement to get a good idea of the humidity in my snake tank. Only real complaint is that the suction cup on the temp sensor was so bent that it was unusable at first (it wouldn't stay stuck).

This works exactly as advertised. I have 3 different varieties of digital hygrometer/thermometer for my various reptiles. Analog hygrometers and thermometers simply aren't as accurate. You can test this simply by setting them outside for a few minutes and comparing their readout to the weather report. I have never had a reliably accurate analog hygrometer/thermometer. This device, however, works perfectly. There is only one battery, the stand is perfect for its size and the display is perfectly legible. What more can you ask for? Just follow the instructions and there should be no issues. I believe that some of the negative reviews for this product are a result of misuse or misunderstanding, because this product works.

This worked great, while it worked!
I love this item, it is so easy to use and seems really accurate. I especially like the suction cups given that my ball python at one point ripped the classic stick-to-the-tank meters off and got one stuck to his face really badly, which was sad and scary. My only issue with this device is that it died on me after about a month and a half. I think it takes watch batteries, I'm going to buy a pack so I can keep this working and my little Zorro happy :)

Must-Buy for Reptile Owners
Accurate within ~0.5°/ 1% I use this to monitor conditions in my crested gecko tank. I love the maneuverability of the probes and how quickly I can get a read. Having the ability to view record highs and lows is helpful to ensure I'm not accidentally missing poor conditions in their tank. This is a standard every owner should have-much better than a standard analog that can lose accuracy over time.

One year old and still going.
Have had a year and still works well. I recently dropped it and jarred the battery lose and had to reinstall it. When I did the temperature converted back to Celsius. Don't remember how to get it back to Fahrenheit. Only has the two buttons. Maybe someone can help.

Bought three of these
The media could not be loaded. I bought three of these and 1 out of 3 did not work. I contacted the company however the email they told me to message videos and pictures of the product did not work. It literally says email address removed. Helpful right? I do love these however I’m in desperate need of a replacement and now I have to send this one back and buy one from the store for the time being. These are accurate and I do love these but for the price and not being able to contact customer service to have a replacement one sent is very frustrating.

Wouldn't buy it again..
I've had this product for over a year now. It worked just okay at first. Now, it constantly resets so it goes to C, which isn't THAT big of a deal, but it would be nice to be able to switch it to F without it resetting AGAIN and AGAIN. I also feel the humidity gauge is inaccurate, because it never matches, or is even close to, the other one in the enclosure.

More convenient and easier to read than the stick on internal thermometers
I use a number of these terrarium thermometer/hygrometers with various gecko and snake tanks. They seem to be reasonably accurate and I find them much easier to read than the analog variety which stick on to the glass on the inside of the tank. The latest one was the first to actually come with a battery which was a bonus.

Okay...Would Not Buy Again
It will tell you the temperature and the humidity. However, I am not sure how accurate it is for the whole terrarium because there are two little plastic oval shaped knobs that are attached to suction cups that you place against the outer rim of the terrarium. If you place them lower or higher, the reading is different so I usually place them lower because that is the same height as my tortoise. It is also annoying because it has a little face and words that say wet, comfortable and dry. The wet comes with an unhappy face, the comfortable with a smiley face and the dry with an unhappy face. My tortoise needs a wetter environment and some other species of reptiles would need the dryer environment so that feature is annoying. If I left it on comfortable as it says then my tortoises environment would be too dry. It also took me about a week to figure out why it kept beeping at me because I didn't know that I had set an alarm so watch for that because it is annoying. I have had it since September of 2014 and it is still working. I think if you are looking for a relatively cheap product that gives you a basic reading of temperature and humidity then go ahead and buy this one but if you can afford it, I would look for a higher priced product that is more accurate and all around a better, less guesswork required identifier of your reptiles habitat.

Temp, Hydro and Memory.
It does what it says it does, it's not bad in any way. It reads out the temperature off one node and humidity from another. I'm using this for a bearded dragon terrarium and I think this device is lacking two features that would make it much better. A) two thermometer nodes, for warm side and cool side. B) a beep / alarm that goes off when heat or humidity are outside specified perimeters. Without those features its a little too plain/simple to justify price.

Meh dont bother.
Awful, it was ok to tell accurate temp and humidity, but the back was so flimsy that it took the tiniest of touch to knock the batteries out of place and reset everything, forcing you to set everything up again. The back stayed on bit wasn't tight enough yo keep batteries in place.

Great
I love this it was cheap but still does the job I paid about half the price of the EXO Terra one easy to set up, I gave it a 4 star because the one censer is quite big and it says to keep the censers away from pets and water, not sure how well that will work since I bought it to use with my geckos who climb the whole tank I did get it placed away from water though and I just watch where I mist

Don't waste your money
Cheaply made, shuts off constantly, and reads completely different from my other (reliable) thermometer. Don't waste your money, spend the extra $20 on a reliable brand!
