Life(or at least back)saver!
My middle school son was surely doing lasting damage to his back wearing a traditional backpack weight down with many textbooks and notebooks on his back each day. This rolling backpack has been a total life(or at least back) saver for him. It is very roomy, stylish, and durable with lots of smaller compartments to help keep him organized. Highly recommend.

Very nice and spacious
*** update 1/24/23 I was wrong about the water bottle size it can hold. Of course not 32oz. I have the 25 oz. S'WELL that fits in the side pocket. I had tried 3 other backpacks and this High Sierra rolling backpack is the winner! The deciding factors were, 1. the warranty is openly disclosed and very advantageous, 2. The zippers work very well and are sewn in a way that is sturdy and they don't get snagged by material, they aren't wavy if this makes any sense... 3. the side pocket for the water bottle has the best design of all the ones I tried, can fit my S'well 32oz bottle and that is so great! Some other backpacks had side pockets that weren't long enough to securely hold even regular water bottles, certainly not the larger 32 oz.. The wheels on High Sierra are excellent, not very noisy, sturdy enough to go the distance. The expanding handle is working well, and has a zippered closure to tuck it in neatly. I wish the laptop compartment had a velcro fastener that would be great. The size of the main compartment is accommodating all I need to take on a day out, including a small lunch cooler and cardigan. I previously tried smaller backpacks that measured 17 in. and found they were too small. This High Sierra is a tad roomier. The extra pockets in the front can fit little necessities for women.... Kleenex, hand wipes, coin purse etc. or school supplies. There are two hooks, one inside the front pocket, I'm using that to hook a coin purse, and one on the outside of the front pocket... I have done a lot of research and read tons of reviews and I find this is the best for the price! I need to carry less weight on my shoulders due to back/neck issues.

Was great, until it wasn't
UPDATE: Rolling ability didn't survive a full school year. Handle broke apart because frame got too warped to put it down. I bought this for my undersized son to use for all his high school sized text books. His back was killing him with a regular backpack, as he's still under 5 feet. He loved it for the first 2 months of school, but then another kid goofing around stumbled into it, and the frame inside warped just enough to prevent the handle from going down again. Now he has to wear it with a handle sticking out above his head, and I'm not spending another $90 on a new one that might suffer the same fate. Kids can be rough on their things, I know, but the aluminum frame inside is just too soft for this build, and the company should consider something firmer or a carbon fiber shell. What's good: It holds a LOT and it's easy to pack and unpack. The pouch for electronics is large enough for a chromebook in a case. and he can fit 2 text books, water bottle and lunchbag as well. Front pocket is great for inhaler, phone and personal affects. Frame fits nicely on back without tipping him over.

Sturdy backpack
I've had this backpack for a couple of months now. It holds my laptop, gym stuff and lunch bag and I'm really surprised by how well it's holding up the abuse! I use it 5x a week, in and out of TTC buses, subway and uneven sidewalks. The fabric is water resistant and although I never submitted it to a heavy rainfall, it never soaked through on light/medium intensity rain. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

Cumple su función pero no muestra nada extra
La compré para no tener que cargar el peso de mi laptop en la espalda y para eso me ha funcionado bien. Pero me habría gustado que tuviera más espacio interior y que mi laptop no entrara tan apretada. Es de 15 pulgadas. Me ha llegado a molestar que los cordones para colgársela en la espalda se arrastran por el suelo cuando la lleva uno con sus llantas. Ya encontré un lugar para amarrarlos cuando la voy a usar así, pero es tedioso tener que amarrarlos y desamarrarlos dependiendo del uso.

It's ok ...
This would be so much better if there was a place to tuck the straps. With the handle out, the straps just drag on the ground and get caught. It rolls nicely, but I have to tie the straps up then it's impossible to wear it when needed.

Easy To Use
This product came damaged the first time, but was quickly replaced without any problems. The handle on the bag is easy to get up and down and is very smooth. It has a small zipper pouch that you can close to conceal the handle if you want to. The wheels are also very smooth and I haven't had any problems getting around with it, even in a cm or two of snow. There is a padded sleeve inside for a laptop and lots of room to carry that, my headphones, my lunch and paperwork.
