Exactly what I wanted and needed
I have just moved and was looking for a little wine storage cabinet; however, I had several requirements that I was hoping to meet (in order of importance). The cabinet I was looking for needed to: -Be not wider than 22.5" (that is the width of the wall I was planning to put the cabinet against) -Have wine storage section, hanging wine glass holder section AND a drawer AT THE TOP for miscellaneous items (corkscrews, wine stoppers, etc.) -Be about waist high (anywhere from 35" to 40" tall for me) for ease of use of the top of the cabinet (say, pour wine, serve crackers, etc.) -Be not black and not light wood color (I personally dislike both; of course your preferences may vary. :) ) -Be priced under $100 if at all possible This cabinet was THE ONLY ONE I located, fulfilling all of the above requirements so I purchased it! Taking the pieces out of the box, I thought that the "wood" sounded quite plasticky and fake when knocking on it, but the actual look of the wood is pretty nice and the finish of the cabinet looks quite rich for the price, I would say. The pieces were packaged well and I was happy that every piece was wrapped in the thin foam material. Follow the instructions and be careful. Locate all the pieces and compare the contents of the box against the part list. The pieces are not labeled but thankfully they look different enough to be able to tell which piece is which. Especially pay attention to the pieces B and C (middle and bottom shelf), as the only easily noticeable difference is the way the back "lip" is facing (up or down). My piece B came a little damaged (small split in 2 places), but the damage was facing toward the back and would not be visible once assembled, so I made do with some super glue I had. Otherwise I would contact the manufacturer for a missing/damaged part, although I am glad I did not have to, as I read in one review that the manufacturer may just tell you to pack the whole thing and send it back for a refund... I would not want to do that, as the box was rather heavy. Anyway, back to the assembly - it was straightforward, as long as you realize that the screws labeled K are the hex screws and the L screws are the small Phillips screws (the screws are identified in the parts list). The assembly was a little of a pain in the behind due to the fact that once you assemble most of the cabinet and are finishing by placing the side of the cabinet against the rest of the assembled cabinet, you must line up at least 6 pegs PLUS the grooves that hold the back of the cabinet. So prepare yourself to be patient with that part. Once everything is lined up, you may have to bang on the side of the cabinet to actually make the connections between the pegs and the openings for them in the piece you are trying to attach. When that is done, prepare yourself for some acrobatics to tighten the 6 hex screws. Just be patient and don't rush and it will be fine. :) When sliding the back pieces of the cabinet into the grooves, be sure to look at both sides of the back pieces, as one side has a wood grain finish and one is smooth. Both look fine, just wanted others to be aware. Another point that is important - Make an informed decision whether you want to use the X section to store your wine bottles, as the X divider will not fit into the wine storage area once the cabinet is assembled. I did not want to use the X section, as I was planning to place some minimalist wire bottle storage units in the wine storage space, to make the wine bottles look as if they are "floating" in the air in the wine storage space. Your choice of course may vary. The instructions do tell you to place the X section in the cabinet before placing the last side wall onto the rest of the cabinet - if you wish to utilize the X section, be sure to follow the instructions! Another thing to note - the drawer is simple and does not have drawer glides; however, if you want to prevent the drawer from falling out accidentally, be sure to utilize the drawer lock that is on the inside front of the cabinet. It is simply a piece of wood that you can turn downwards to create a stopper that will hold the drawer without letting it fall out of the cabinet. Bottom line - this cabinet was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that would make it better would be a different wood finish (say, dark cherry which is my favorite) and the glass door for the wine storage area. Lower price would not hurt either, of course, but honestly, for the price, this cabinet is great. As long as you have realistic expectations and do not expect an heirloom looking piece (as this cabinet certainly is not), you most likely find this cabinet very nice, practical and very functional. I am very happy with my purchase - Thank you!

Good value
Good value for its price because I got it for under $40. Putting it together on my own was a little challenging though, so pack a lot of patience. For some reason, the right side (back part) of the storage isn’t completely flushed, but it’s not obvious, so I’m keeping this instead of returning.

One Person Easy Assembly
Cabinet went together very easily with one person assembly. Very strong and sturdy. Well worth the money.

Very disappointed…
I didn’t expect a lot because the cost is lower then others, however, it arrived chipped and scratched, one of the glass hanger wood pieces was installed backwards so the raw part is facing front - while the rest are finished facing front, pieces didn’t line up all that well - there is a space where the back and side connect, and what was extremely disappointing is the color os not dark espresso…it’s got WAY too much red it in.

Good for the Money
I think this is a beautiful piece that works well with my dining area, and I'm happy with it. I would give it a 3 stars for quality, but for the price (5 stars), I don't think you can beat it. I didn't find it too difficult to put together (took me about an hour alone). Some pieces were definitely tricky on my own, and the instructions are just pictures which isn't the most helpful. And actually the instructions left off one major step so that was annoying... I figured it out on my own but had to go back). Additionally, while most of the pieces (like the top and sides) seem very high quality the back is VERY flimsy and I'm worried about it if I ever move with this piece, since it's not made of the same quality materials that most of it is, and it isn't attached well at all to the main frame of the piece. That's the only issue I've got with the piece and the quality. It fits about 16 bottles of wine in mine, but depending on the shape of the bottles, you might be able to get 1 or 2 more in there. Quality - 3 stars Assembly - 3 or 4 stars Instructions - 1 star Quality for Price - 5 stars

Nice wine rack for compact space!
Thus little wine rack is perfect for my apartment. Nice rich color and smooth finish. X-shaped bottle holder makes a great look. Utility drawer holds lots of barware!

Nice piece, easy assembly
I put this together on a day off from work, thinking it would take (awhile based on all the reviews saying this.) However, it took about 45 minutes (and I'm a 30 year-old woman, who did not use any power tools to do this.) So I don't really understand how anyone could take up hours putting this cabinet together. The hardest part was getting the back panel the slide all the way in, but this again was not time consuming. Just don't use the little allen wrench it comes with...use a hex bit on a multibit screwdriver and you'll be done in no time. I gave it 4 stars because one piece of the "X" shelf had a chunk of the material scraped off (used some furniture crayon to fill it), and the color is nearly black (I expected a bit more of a dark reddish brown based on the photos). But I really like it, and it looks really nice in my dining room. Feels very sturdy and not cheap materials, considering the low cost. If I had more space, I'd buy the other two pieces. Don't worry about assembly....it's pretty simple.

Find a new shipper.
It is a great buy very solid. I would recommend finding another shipper as my box was wet and damaged.Had to glue a piece and the top was marred. We can live with it gives the piece character.

Nice looking
Very nice and not cheaply made looks really great when you have the wine rack full at the bottom and the wine glasses in. But however I did not received the instruction so it had taken way longer to put together.
