Very handy
I hesitated to buy this, thinking that as small as it was, it wouldn't be able to do what I needed, but surprisingly it handled everything. I am very impressed, and I would recommend this to anyone who needs a oscillating drum sander, but does not have room for a full size unit. The price is nice, it is easy to use, and changing the drums is super simple. So if you need one, this is the one to buy.

This is the best!
Just the ticket for small shops like mine, does the job like the bench top models without loosing space because I can hang it on my peg board. Also the price is 70% less and still does what I need!

I've used this for a while now and I can't find any faults with it, especially for the price. I haven't used a similar tool from another company to be able to make a comparison, but it has surpassed any expectations that I had for it. It does what it's supposed to do, and it does it better than I was expecting. I bought a set of WEN sleeves with higher grits because this sander cut down sanding time on my projects by at least 4x just with the 80 grit sleeves that are included. Even with waiting for delivery of the new sleeves, my projects would be completed ahead of schedule using this sander at every sanding stage.

Better than expected
There are a few of these tools out there and the WEN is on the lower end of the price scale. I needed it for a project and was very pleasantly surprised at how well it ended up working. The dust collection was surprisingly good. It's very easy to clamp to a surface so you can work it like a bench sander. So far it's done everything I needed it to do and done it very well. It's not a tool I need often, but when needed, it's the best tool for the job.

Feels top quality!
We have been searching for a long time for an oscillating spindle sander. Ever since PC discontinued theirs and ours broke. When i saw this, i figured based on the price it was probably very low quality that couldnt sand anything much better than your hands could do. I was wrong. My first impression after taking it out the box was that it was built well. It feels rugged & put together well. Albeit, the shell is probably not as rugged & resilient as a much higher priced unit would be, but for the price it is excellent. Now, the test. Plugging it in and putting it to work. We are cabinet makers so immediately we had it sand the edge of 3/4'' veneer ply. This thing turned that edge into sawdust in no time. It is very loud, which is to be expected, so protect those ears. It also is heavy enough that the unit was easy to control while it was working. I guess the only thing i would improve about this unit is a) for a few bucks more provide a plastic case for it and b) maybe add a removable handle to the top or side of it so you have more to grip while you are using it. Other than that,,, for the price (or even a bit higher) this will be hard to beat!

La verdad esperaba menos de la lijadora, pero se siente de muy buena calidad y el motor es muy muy potente, me gustó mucho. Lija y desbasta las curvas super rápido. Los herrajes para anclar a la mesa la mantienen muy firme y estable, no se mueve ni vibra en absoluto. Como recomendación, no compren las lijas de tambor, consigan una lija del no 80 de las rojas cortenla de la longitud del tambor y enrollenla sobre la otra lija y amarrenla con cinchos. Me funcionó muy bien.

It's ok but not very precise. Works fine mounted on a table
Works great as a mini tabletop spindle sander (held in a vice), but difficult to use handheld. Tried to use it for sanding inside curves of CNC machined plywood sheets, and it's just not precise enough to do multiple at the same time. Worked great once I used it as a table spindle sander. The up and down motion is quite limited and the sleeves aren't particularly snug but for the price it works great. Will consider getting a full bench top model in the future, but this is nice and compact for now.

Muy funcional lijadora especial
La herramienta es muy funcional, se puede usar a mano alzada o fija. La herramienta lija curvas de manera mu fácil, para aquellos detalles especiales. Además tiene diferentes grosores, por lo que la hacen mas práctica. Muy recomendable para los carpinteros.

Was about to buy a $300 bench unit. This did everything I need and stores in a drawer.
I needed to carve out a base for a floating urn and didn't want to use a Dremel. I already have a bench belt sander but could not get the precision I wanted. This worked beyond all expectations. I thought I might just be wasting my money by not buying the bigger tool. But this attaches to you table upside down and works much like a bench unit. Maybe in the future, I will legitimately have a need for the bench sander but I bet I will still be pulling this one out more often.

120 V AC for outside USA
Arrived in super fast time. My only hesitation is that the nowhere could I find any information relating to the input AC voltage. I made the assumption that as this was shipping from the USA Amazon site, that it would more than likely be 110 or 120V AC. I was correct. I have already purchased a step down transformer from our Australian 240V AC to the 120 V AC required. Consider this before purchasing, Otherwise looks like the picture, seems well made and packed well.
