Not a breeze to install, but worked out

I have vinyl siding. I found out that the plastic "nails" do work relatively well, but about 8-10% of them did not go in but bent, and then it became very tricky to install it, because I didn't want to drill another hole elsewhere. I used the regular wood screws they provide for the places where it would go into the window frame. They are not very good. They painted the heads black, and the paint prevents the Phillips screwdriver from biting well, it starts skipping, rounding the head cross into a circle, and it goes downhill. In fact, the Phillips head is a horrible invention that should be banned. We should only use square or hexagonal star screws, not Philips.

Perfect!

Perfect size and perfect color! I was a little leery ordering these without seeing the exact size and color but they were exactly what I was looking for. And they arrived quicker than expected.

Product is just as advertised.

Only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the mounting pegs and screws are too short and therefore you will have to work out your own mounting system.

Easy to instal and lightweight

We bought these for our brick house and painted them green. Time will tell how they hold up but they look great!
