Works well on top of my BBQ Grill

I used this on top of my BBQ Grill, it reduces the time and muscle press expended to constantly cleaning the grill after each use. Only problem I encountered is the drain hole, had no way to plug it to keep grease from dripping onto one of my grill's heaths shields, so I plug the hole with aluminum foil which lessen the leak and cleanup time. It heats up quickly and cleanup for this product only require liquid dishwashing soap and water, once it cool down, if waited too long, you will probably need stronger cleaning liquid (such as Easy Off) with a Dobie scrub pad. It's a user's friendly grill tool for me

I dont grill without it

Perfect fit for my grill except if you attach the handles. So i just took the handles and mounted them leaning toward the inside. I love this griddle. I dont grill without it . Its pretty heavy, so im thinking this is gonna hold up a long time. I use much less gas, turn the burners on low, and it hears up fast and stays hot across the whole top.

Non-Stick Coating (Teflon)

The listing indicates an easy-to-clean surface. I dug into what this means as it wasn't clear to me. On the Vevor website, there are answers to customers' questions that directly state that this is coated with Teflon. I think this is misleading and should be stated clearly that the surface is coated with Teflon and it's not suitable for metal utensils like a pure carbon steel surface would be.

Awesome griddle!

I purchased this instead of a flattop grill. It is plenty big for me, and works just as good. Just treat it like any carbon steel skillet, and it will give great results! Season it properly first! I cooked eggs, burgers, you name it! I like how it is reinforced on the underside, eliminating any warping issues.

Steel griddle.

When we received the item, it was missing a screw for the handle. We used it today for the first time and cooked steaks. We did what they said to do, add water before it cooled, and it was really hard to clean. Next time I will spray it with oil.
