Le dimensioni della griglia più grande sono 11,25" x 17" e 11,25" x 17,75" quando si includono le maniglie. Lavare con acqua tiepida e sapone o posizionarlo sul cestello superiore della lavastoviglie. Non posizionare sul cestello inferiore della lavastoviglie. Copper coloured nonstick coating, not made of copper.

The most important thing I can tell you about these grilling trays is that they aren't copper, they're a copper coloured non stick coating over what I assume is steel (hopefully still stainless). I'm mixed on my opinion of having coated grilling equipment as you have to be careful using standard grilling tongs and spatulas with these to avoid scratching the coating off etc. but at the same time the coatings make clean up much MUCH easier afterwards. Get yourself a nice long pair of silicone tipped or nylon tongs and spatula to go with this and you're in good shape. The trays themselves are well made, the metal is thick gauge and not easily bent - more than strong enough for holding any food you might ever want to put on. The handles are large enough to be reasonable to use with mitts and the walls on the three sides are tall enough to keep food from falling off accidentally. These trays will absolutely make grilling veggies and other small things way easier.

Good for grilling veggies on the BBQ

These copper-colored grill grid are made of thick metal (it’s copper colored, not made of copper itself). It contains a type of “premium silicone-based coating” that’s supposedly PFOA and PTFE-free, which works very effectively at preventing food from sticking to the grill. However, due to its non-stick coating, I would recommend not to use a metal spatula to flip the veggies to avoid scraping the non-stick coating, especially when it’s heated on the BBQ. Only use a tong to pickup & flip the veggies or other foot items on these grill grid when needed. The thickness of the grill makes it retain heat quite well, especially on the BBQ, so once heated up and you put the veggies on, it sizzles and browns nicely. It serves as a good protective layer against the direct BBQ flame to prevent veggies from charring and getting scorched by the flame.

Very practical

I have been using this inside and outside for our bbq that are basically done in the cold. We bbq all year long and have become somewhat informed when it comes to tools needed to make a great bbq. These are terrific and very practical. Whatever you need brought to your cooking, these "serving/tray" set will deliver it easily and securely. We have started using these when we are just about to bbq, but before the spices are applied. We apply them directly on the food we are bbq by leaving them on this tray and just turning the food over. We can even let the food settle. We cannot use marinades that are too watery, but we can brush the food with whatever marinade you prefer. Extremely sturdy, great design and excellent quality tools. I highly recommend.

Nice grill set - but not copper

First off, I have to comment on the fact that the marketing is very misleading on this one. This is a nice looking nonstick set in a copper colour, but they're NOT copper like the title and photos might have you believe. With that said, I generally do not like cooking with materials like this because of how careful you have to be during cooking (with what utensils you use) and during cleanup so as to not damage the nonstick coating. As for how they perform, I will have to come back and adjust if they do not perform well once I have my grill up and running again. Despite all this, they do look nice and feel pretty solid so I'm looking forward to trying them out with veggies, shrimps, or other small foods over the grill. Also, they'd make a great gift for the griller in your life.

Pretty average

The media could not be loaded. This grill set is okay. it's not extremely well built but it's plenty good for normal BBQing. It's not made out of copper as indicated on the product description but it's simply a copper colored non-stick coating. On both of my grilss, the handle on one side was slightly wobbly compared to the other. It should be fine though but it would have been obviously better if this was casted in a single piece of metal. As this has a non-stick coating, it will require a bit of extra care. Avoid using sharp and hard BBQ tools. They recommend silicon and teflon coated tools. As well, it has to be hand washed and towel dry. Over all, pretty okay. This is not significantly worse or better than other grills available.
