Almost perfect, but ...
Four stars because these pallets do exactly what I wanted: They made the family trunks I have in storage slide out easily from under the overhanging shelf. I no longer have to crank them out one edge at a time or push them back in against a lot of resistance. One star off because: * No instructions. You wouldn’t think you’d need any for something this simple, but it took this college grad with four (!) degrees a long time to figure out that the bolts to attach the casters drop down from the top, not come up from the bottom, even with holes for countersinking them easy to see. * Not all the countersinking holes are deep enough to do the job. If you’re fussy about perfection or need a completely flat surface, and have neither the tools nor the inclination to deepen them, you’ll find that some of the bolt caps protrude a bit. No biggie for my needs. * Packaging. These were probably packaged okay in the factory, but the factory is in China and the packaging doesn’t hold up well to shipping. I ordered two pallets; the first one was okay, with some tears (the rip kind, not the eyeball kind). The second package didn’t do as well. The plastic bag holding the nuts, bolts, and washers was torn, so several pieces had escaped into the small cardboard box that also holds the casters, and some of those pieces also escaped that, which was also badly torn. And one of the nuts had escaped the whole shebang and is likely still rolling around a cargo hold or shipping container somewhere in the Pacific Theater. That meant a trip to our local (independent) hardware store for a replacement. Attendere (See previous note on the value of a college education): On the first caster I affixed I carefully tightened the bolts as I went, only to find that the fourth hole and its bolt didn’t align. I had to loosen the first three and start again. Align all four, insert the bolts loosely, and tighten in rotation. My dad had taught me better, but I got fussy and forgot. On the third caster, I carefully tightened all four nuts, terribly pleased with myself, only to find the caster still resting on the work table. So. 1. Bolts drop down from the top (rest the pallet on its edge and work from side to side). 2. Washers first, nuts second, tighten each one a little bit at a time unti they’re all done. 3. The nuts will only tighten easily so far. Then you’ll need a wrench or some good pliers to hold them steady while you use the screwdriver to finish it. Or, which worked better for me, use the screwdriver to hold the bolt steady and the wrench to turn the nut. And remember: Righty-tightly, lefty-loosey.

Sturdy but with an Assembly Issue
This dolly is very sturdy, solid, and the hardwood and build seems to be of decent quality. It does what is needed. However, the countersunk holes are poorly suited for the supplied hardware. The supplied washers were too large in diameter to fit in the countersunk holes and if you tied to use the bolts without washers in the countersunk holes, the bolt heads would pull thru the wood holes causing the bolt ends to interfere with the swivel of the wheels. That could lead to a dangerous situation! So... You MUST use washers inside the countersunk holes. To do so you need to get 16 normal washers for 1/4" bolts. The washers I used had an O.D. of 5/8" (The supplied washers were 3/4" O.D.). Fortunately I had enough on hand, but others may need to make a trip to the hardware store. I personally had no issues with not having instructions but others might fine that a problem. This would get 5 stars if had appropriate washers and there were some instructions for those folks who may not be mechanically inclined.

Good but modifications needed !
Upon unboxing, there’s no instructions for assembly as you get a 24” x 36” board with top surface flat, and a box with 4 castors and a small plastic bag with 16 bolts, 16 hex nuts & 16 flat washers. When I inserted the bolt from the top flat surface, I then inserted the caster, then the flat washer and finally the hex nut. Once the hex nut was adequately tightened, I found the bolt head was piercing thru the thickness of the flat top side. I then dis-assembled the caster, got 1/4” flat washers and 1/4” lock washers from Home Depot. You will need to run the bolt thru the purchased 1/4” flat washer, then run it thru the thickness of the plank, insert the supplied flat washer, then your purchased 1/4” lock washer and then the Hex nut. Now you can tighten the hex nut without fear of the bolt head running thru the thickness of the plank. It seems a sturdy enough dolly but I have great doubts about loading it to 1200 Lbs as advertised. Half of that seems good to me. Also, on the four corners of the flat top surface, the bolt heads stick up and not totally flush so beware of damaging items placed on the flat surface.

Movable TV Stand
Using mine as a TV Stand. The 85" Hisense is about 150 lbs., so a little difficult to maneuver around. On this rolling platform, it is very easy to rearrange furniture.

1/8 inch from perfection
There's really only one issue with the product I received, but it impacts maneuverability. There's one piece of wood used for the primary platform that is slightly thinner than the others. That means the included bolts stick out a little more on the underside and prevent one of the casters from swiveling. A handful of washers should take care of the problem, but I didn't have enough on hand and had to make it work with one stiff caster. Worth the money if you get a good one.

Good product but requires bolt cutting after attaching wheels
Very stout and smooth moving, which is what I needed. BUT, when attaching the wheels, the countersunk holes allowed the bolts to protrude too far out on the bottom of the unit thus preventing wheels from fully turning. All wheels on all 3 dolleys I purchased were same way. I cut bolt tips with bolt cutters about 1/2” to 3/4” to allow clearance for wheels to turn freely.
