Works, does what it is supposed to do.
OK let’s get this part out of the way: I like it, I am keeping mine, and I would buy it again. But, there are things you should know. First – it’s big! Sits 19 inches tall and that means it will not store under most kitchen cabinets. Next, it gets hot – everywhere! Very thin materials and no insulation, so you can’t touch it anywhere when cooking. In fact the handle is almost too hot to touch. As to this complaint I read that the door slams…a lot of doors slam if you just let go of them! Geez, just handle the door properly like any other door and it won’t slam! Next, mine was dented in the back, which I simply pushed out to make it fine. No damage to shipping box so this happened before packaging. I have read others had this same defect, but again I fixed it in ten seconds. Temperature is sloppy. Ever heard of an over thermometer? Can’t bake without one. Cleaning, another gee whiz, I just line it with aluminum foil! Takes thirty seconds and totally avoids messing the sides. I did seven brats on rotisserie, and you know that is a splatter mess – no problem. Cleaned the door and the rotisserie hardware, but the foil came out and the sides were like-new. No idea if it will hold-up over time but it does have a one year warranty. At this price I would buy a new one every year if needed. The rotisserie is smooth. It could use a little more heat at the bottom, but using the hardware properly works around that. The timer is only approximate, but I use Alexa to alert me for timers. Really other than I wish it were one inch shorter, and maybe somewhat insulated, I have no complaints and I expect to use this a lot.

I like it a lot! But…
I really like the ease of the rotisserie cooking. If I have one major caveat is that the instruction book could use some work. The booklet pictures are not very clean and a bit hard to decipher. For instance, it’s a vertical rotisserie and the picture for the Kebab rotisserie setup is horizontal so it’s hard to see how the hooks link in. Almost all kitchen gadgets have time, temperatures and recipes to use for help, this does not. I’ve used it twice and am happy with the results but I have to do my own research as to time and temperature. It’s very user friendly and easy to clean if you do so after each use. I recommend with reservations, their website is no help as well.

Purchased this for Polymer Clay
I purchased this model as a dedicated oven for baking polymer clay figurines and wish I found it much sooner! I’ve been scouring the internet for a vertical oven that was tall enough to easily bake standing figures, but slim enough to fit on my small IKEA desk. This was basically the only thing I could find with those specs. I was previously using a Hamilton Beach rotisserie countertop oven. It had a great quality build and nice digital temperature control, but it was very big, bulky and challenging to bake figures ( often resulting in scorched pieces). I know most people just bake their projects in a large kitchen oven, but I personally don’t like to. It takes up a lot of electricity and makes my apartment hot. Baking for the first time, I set the unit to 250 and it steadily climbed to 300. The actual temp I would need to bake the clay is 275. Not a big deal, my Hamilton Beach model was also off. What matters more is keeping a consistent temperature and not allowing the clay to burn or under cure. So I kept a close eye on my Thermometer and periodically turned the dial up or down between 300 and 200 if the temp dropped or got a bit too high. Maintaining the right temp wasn’t too hard, I don’t personally have a problem keeping watch since the oven is right on my work station. So far so good! Some Cons; - Reviews mentioning how the door slams closed easily were NOT joking, you have to be careful to fully open and close the door slowly or it will aggressively BLAM shut. - The construction is not the best quality, with a cheaper feeling sheet metal build and not good heat sealing. I purchased this discounted and can’t say I’d feel good about paying over $100. - As others mention, use caution with heavier items. I can tell the unit is more front heavy and could possibly tip over if you aren’t careful. The majority of my projects are very light so it’s not a problem for me. It’s not perfect but it completes my little polymer clay crafting setup!

built weak but cooks
I wish this had better firm inside holding stainless steel rod and other parts were firm enough and better to fit in . but it did cook my whole chicken but shish kabob rods skewers kind i dont have in the package not sure if was supposed to be in the package. very frustrated for it . however lets see how it serves further or else will return

Not a bit disappointed with this purchase
I made al pastor with this and it turned put perfectly! The machine heats up quickly, maintains its temperature well, and cooks fairly evenly. The very top cooked a tiny bit faster and the very bottom a little slower, but not enough to whine about. People who say that there isn't a rotisserie function truly did not do one ounce of research. There is a plate that lies on the bottom of the unit that covers up the hole for the rotisserie rod that does look integrated into the floor. Remove it and, viola! Flip your heating elements into position and get cooking. I did not find it top or front heavy as others did, but the door must be opened all the way past the spring return threshold to prevent it slamming shut. It slams HARD and could potentially crack the glass over time, but I like the spring-shut feature overall. I haven't used this in any configuration other than the rotisserie, mostly because I bought is specifically for that, but it's well made and suited for my needs.

This is a good product but it does not have a full range of cooking the item that you put in to roast. I baked the whole chicken and had to flip the chicken so that it can bake evenly because it Cooks the top part well but not the bottom

Not Perfect But It Cooks Well.
Bought this for my parents. It was a bit tricky to get the chicken pronged sucurley before getting it into the rotisery, and then equally tricky getting the pronged bird slipped into the rotisery position itself. But after a few attempts and a bit of patience and practice, the process got easier. My parents have used it several times now in rotisery mode and all is good. Mnmom especially loves that it is a rotisery, oven and broiler. All three modes work beautifully. However we are all a bit dissapointed that the timer only times 60minutes max and then shuts off. Not very convenient when cooking time for a whole chicken 2-5 lbs is about 2.5 hours. The other sticking point is the dials are hard to read. The indicator is a black button and the arrow that points to the minutes,the temperature and the mode are all black. So black on black is not a good design. So I took some liquid white-out and painted the triangles out, so that my 80 year old parents (and even their much younger kids) could set a precise time, mode and temperature. The other little minor flaw in design is counter space. It doesn’t fit under a cabinet. I get one shouldn’t use it while under a cabinet as it heats up extremely hot but after use it would be nice to tuck it away under cabinet on the counter. It’s not perfect but it cooks well. I can recomend it.

Very functional and perfect for your kitchen.
I bake sweet rice in a coconut milk mix with red sugar and little salt. It was perfectly done. I am happy. Next I will try the Kebob. This is perfect for different kind of recipes. Space saver and lightweight. I am happy with my order. Thank you.
