Very good bag…could be better

I bought this to supplement another older under seat bag - which was a bit smaller. Where this excels is for that quick 1 day trip where I need to haul my small laptop and enough clothes for the night before, the day of, and possibly stretching another night. The killer features for me were the spinner wheels, the charger port, the separation of front flap (for tech gear and paperwork) and the sleeve on the back (which lets you slide the bag on another bag handle). Note that all the other spinner bags have a sleve results in setting the wheels sit on the other bag - goofy - but Verage got it right on this model by ensuring the wheels are on the side. The smaller model Verage has the sleeve configured in that goofy position. However, where this bag really comes up short are the darn zippers - as noted in many other reviews. It’s a design flaw where the two main compartments have a curve that is not conducive to smooth zipper operation. All other zippers are ok. Note that all the silicon spray/WD40 and wax in the world won’t fix it. Note that I also have a High Sierra under seat roller (no spinners) but better zipper operation. It’s 2 inches thinner - good but much less can be packed than in this Verage Plus unit - and less costly. Verage could make this so killer (and get that 5th star) if they addressed the zipper issue. That alone makes this an 75-80 dollar bag vs a100 dollar bag. But overall pleased.

Worked well.

I chose this to serve as my carry-on/personal item. I use a cane, cannot lift much weight, and prefer an aisle seat. I need a roller bag because I can't carry the weight of a shoulder bag on my neck and back. I needed a spinner bag so I wouldn't be pulling the weight behind me, which is also a strain and is subject to being jostled by others, which can put me off balance. I can pull up the handle and when it's locked it serves to help steady me, so I can keep my balance better as I walk down the jetway. This bag doesn't fit under the aisle seat on most planes, but the main compartment works really well for me to slip in a zippered book bag with all essentials I need handy that I can take out and put under the seat once I'm on the plane. Then I put the roller bag into the overhead bin. The compartment for my laptop computer worked beautifully--very accessible, but well-protect by padding. the main compartment is nice a roomy. The only drawbacks with this particular bag are these: 1) the zippers do not work as smoothly as what I'm used to; so far they hasn't snagged, but it takes extra coaxing around corners. 2) the zippers on the side pockets go the wrong way--they close toward the bottom instead of toward the top, so the pockets have to be completely closed or most contents will fall out--I'd like to be able to slip my collapsible cane into one of the pockets and zip it closed just enough to be secure--but it falls out. 3) I can't figure out how to use the USB charging station. I honestly don't see the point of it. 4) the straps to hold things in place in the main compartment are a little bewildering. If they were removable, I'd take them out. I will use this bag for now, but will be on the lookout for one with side pocket zippers that close toward the top and a better quality zipper.

Great under seat bag

Three flights (one American, two Southwest). Bag met all requirements for a personal item and fit under seat easily. Laptop storage compartment (a laptop with the separate numeric keypad on the side may be a VERY tight fit so best to avoid). Two side storage compartments and one has a connection for a battery pack with standard USB outlet so you can charge phone, tablet, etc. Spinner wheels moved smoothly over all surfaces. Handle extended to comfortable height for rolling. This is good for an overnight or MAYBE two days of travel. I used it for a laptop, camera and other electronics I didn't want in my checked bag. Also good for "contingency clothes" should the airline misroute your checked luggage on a connecting flight (but that never happens, right?). If you have expectations of a week of travel with this one bag look elsewhere, but for something you don't have to hoist into an overhead compartment I found it the perfect solution.

Lightweight "personal item"-sized bag that rolls and fits under the seat!

At last, a truly lightweight and well-designed "personal item"-sized bag that rolls and fits under the seat! Because it stacks onto my 20" Tutto Carry-On (also a great bag) and rolls yet meets "personal item" size restrictions, i have the security of knowing that if my larger rolling bag ends up gate-checked (as on tiny planes), I will still have a rolling bag and not be contending with carrying a heavy bag without wheels. This is a wonderful bag! The only change I'd recommend to the designers is to have a double zipper for the side "water bottle" compartments, so that if a bottle sticks out a bit, it will still be secure. But all in all, the best "personal item"--sized bag I have ever found!

Perfectly fit under Frontier Airline seat

I have been looking for the under seat bag for ages and decided to purchase this bag. I went on to a five days Vegas trip with my sisters and this was the first time to try out the bag. It wheeled nicely through the airport floor. Frontier asked to measure the bag using the personal bin and it fit perfectly with wheels and handle. I highly recommend for a personal bag use flying on Frontier Airlines.

Too small for my needs

This bag has some very nice features with multiple pockets, and I really liked the charging outlet for my phone but it is really too small to be useful for overseas travel which is what I bought it for. I really liked the color. I ended up returning it.

Compact CarryOn with Great Add-Ons

It's becoming difficult for me to lift my carry-on bag into the bin above my airplane seat because of the weight. This bag stows under the seat in front of me, has great pockets and even has a phone charger built in! Perfect!

Good product!

The package I received did not come with the back sleeve that was promised in the product However, the brand contacted me and sent me another luggage, although it’s not the same as the initial product I had ordered but this one at least has a back-sleeve.
