Keep threaded seal from old unit, the new unit may not have one. Otherwise an exact replacement.
Item came as promised and was an exact replacement for the original 2005 GWL11 Fisher & Paykel washer machine. Easy to install takes about 20 minutes. Unit did not come with the threaded seal shown in the picture so I had to reuse the original seal which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Was not an issue taking the old one off, just be careful not to damage the old seal when removing it from the old unit. The reason for replacing the unit was the hot water would not shut off during the final rinse cycle and cause the over flow alarm to go off and filling the washer tub with water almost to the point of overflow. Shutting the power off and unplugging the washer would still not shut water off unless you closed the inlet water valve. Basically the old unit would stick in the open position randomly. The new unit has fixed this issue completely. Lesson learned was never leave the house with a washer machine running until spin cycle or you could have a flooded house some day.

Missing Gasket
The knurled gasket is shown in the picture of the valve, but the gasket was missing on the valve that I received. I reused the gasket that was on the valve that I was replacing

Not a complete part!
The product I got was missing the rubber sleeve that makes it seal to the water blend chamber. This caused it to leak. Luckily I hadn’t thrown the old inlet valves out and I was able to scavenge the rubber sleeve from the old valve. Check yours before you install!!

Fits and works
Part fit perfectly and works fine. Nice to be able to locate and order such a part and not pay so much shipping that it drives the price out of reason. I seem to have to work on this washing machine more than I would like. But, on the positive side, it is designed for repair-ability. Parts are reasonably easy to get to and no special tools required. I would order from Pandora again if they have the part.

Order this and got it in a timely manner. Perfect fit and now the hot water works again in the Washer. Which my wife loves and no need to purchase a new washer.

Speedy delivery, correct part. Easy to install - took about twenty minutes... and I'm not overly handy. Washer is as good as new :)
