Very tight

It's ultra tight, so user can even feel a pain while using. It extremely increases veins with hell pressure inside them, that's why I stopped using it in ordinary way after few seconds. So I could give 1 star, but I found another way to use it - use ball ring as primary, it's more wider. But I wish for this be more flexible, so even secondary ring isn't wide and flexible enough. So I give it 3 stars. Note: I have classic "instrument", that's why dont think "I have little one, so I need exactly this ring" I come up with the same thoughts and I figured out that the ring should be wide & flexible enough. The ring should not completely block the blood, it should only decrease the outflow of blood.

good, but ball strap could be tighter

The main ring fits nice and snug around the penis, but the ball strap is a bit loose and can allow your balls to slip out. This is especially an issue if you enjoy a little light ball smacking. Also, like with all latex accessories. Make sure you only use water based lube and wash it clean after each use or it will degrade quickly and rip.

Works but a little tight

Works, but it's tight. It keeps all the blood flow where you want it before and after finishing which allows you to keep going. Your veins will be engorged to the point I was wondering if it's healthy to use. If it was a little more loose it would be great.

tight, very tight so do not leave on for long period of time.......once on and fully hard....amazing feeling i am slightly above average, yes......but kept me solid!!! the ring around ball sack could be a little tighter though that's why not a perfect 5 star rating yes, could break if not put on or removed gently.......be gentle and it should last longer than 2-3 times ;-)

Size Matters

Not for men with average and above girth. Very small ring with a very tight elastic is painful to wear and unbearable for more than 5 minutes. Which is how long it takes to get it back off. Great concept I am going to work the elastic and hope for better results.

looks are deceiving.

I am not bigger than average (i don't think so , but my girl friend calls me huge)... i am only 6" long and if i'm doing it correctly, 5.5" in circumferance, so a little thick. i put this on while flacid and yes it is very, very tight. once i am erect it does what it is designed to do, but i don't see how it can be this tight when i'm not that big. in any case i put it on for the third time and the thing just snapped! tore right in half, i'm not stretching it more than i should, i only stretched it just enough to put it on. don't know what to say, looks tough, feels durable but wtf? only 3 uses and snapped in half. i'll look for another i guess.

It is Ok, have tried it a few time, but will say it can become very tight and uncomfortable. It you are even a little larger than normal I would not recommend it, unless you like that cold, blue look.
