Use it far more than expected

This little ratchet is ridiculously handy. I have used it for over one month know and can’t believe how often I reach for it. I mostly use it for hex heads, and it has almost completely replaced using regular allen keys or t handles. Also a great alternative to a stubby screwdriver. The direction switch is a little sloppy, but at this price its hard to complain about. The flex head is a must, and I would definitely recommend the flex head to the standard. I am now looking at the swivel head version of this ratchet, as I think it would be an even better fit in most applications. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend, and at this price, you have little to lose.

Incredibly useful

This is the second one of these that I've purchased. When I was building my house the electrician kept borrowing it and he loved it so much I just gave it to him. It's perfect for all of those one off events that you need to squeeze a screwdriver in, but your fat hands or the length of a screwdriver just won't do. Most recently I used it to install a garbage disposal under the sink. I needed to squeeze the wrench into less than an inch of space from the screw to the wall. This tool did the Job.

Flops around like a limp noodle. It won't hold its position once pressed against a screw.

The media could not be loaded. The Flex head on this tool is so flimsy it ruins what would have been a great idea. The flex head will easily move out of position as soon as it touches anything. It flops around way too easy and make the tool more frustrating and useless. If only it could somehow hold the position you need it in. I wish it would click into place like some other brands but it doesn't. It just flops around like a limp noodle. Not even worth sending back for a refund. I seriously consider tack-welding it just so it would hold its position long enough for me to remove the dang screw but that would defeat the entire purpose of a flex head ratchet. This starts out as a great idea but the designer dropped the ball.

Best bit driver for small/tight spaces ever!

I own several screwdrivers, drills, socket wrenches and multi tools. None of them could fit in tight spaces with unusual angles. I love this tool! not only will it fit pretty much anywhere, at any angle but it is compatible with any standard size security bit for work on all types of screw heads. I was extremely happy that the tool wasn't made just to fit the bits included in the package. Now the possibilities are endless. Quality of the tool seems to be pretty good but not Outstanding; although for the price you can't expect more. The only bad thing about this tool made by Titan is that it only has a 90 day warranty and I am used to lifetime warranties from other manufacturers on hand tools. But for the price I believe it is a great bargain which is why I rate this four stars regardless of the inferior warranty.

Good for the Price

This very small, barely large enough to fit in an adult hand, but comes in handy in very tight places where a typical ratchet or box wrench length won't fit, especially with the flexibile head. Lot of teeth for small swing. Great for motorcycle engines. However, even if the wrench fits and is able to swing, you still need sufficient space to get a hand, or at least fingers, on it. Bits are good quality but lack many sizes. A good quality, full bit set is needed.

Quality and sturdiness are the two main reasons you should get it! I am a service tech and use it almost daily and it delivers time after time.. I am glad I got the flex hand cause many times it comes in handy in tight spaces

Very useful

Used this to replace an ignition switch for a 1990 miata. It is just the right size for that and the flex head design is a very good feature. Decent quality.

Muy baja calidad para el precio en México

Me decepcionó que el mecanismo se traba cuando se cambia la palanca hacia la opción de apretar (bloqueado en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj). No creo que me dure mucho, lo conservaré porque la verdad lo usaré en pocas ocasiones y de alguna manera tengo modo de repararlo en mi taller. La idea está genial pero la calidad muy baja...
