The timer arrived today missing the magnet and non-functional. The magnet was not in the packaging so it was simply not attatched when manufactured. None of the buttons work as well. Do not buy this timer.

My favourite timer
Big clear readout and easy to set. Not a huge fan of having to press down both buttons simultaneously to reset, but this seems standard on most timers and eventually you get used to it. I use it in the kitchen and sometimes for other purposes. Quality is excellent. I have another identical unit that I've been using daily for at least 5 years and it still works perfectly. Liked it so much I got a second one.

The only fault I found was the alarm sound was hard to hear with any background noise interference. it's a higher pitch alarm that older people might find hard to hear.
