Use Liners

I love the wider, more shallow cups on this pan... Unfortunately it is quite the bear to clean (there is a tiny ridge on the bottom and micro ribs on the side). Let's just say my egg mini muffins were not worth the ridiculous amount of time it took to wash the pan. Per usual the quality/bake is great so I use regular paper liners and cut off about a centimeter of the edge (fold a few in half and cut off excess) or even better use mini cupcake papers and take the extra minute to make a crease around the bottom and they fit perfectly!!!

Almost Exactly What I've Been Looking For

Years ago at a garage sale I found a pair of muffin pans that had 9 cups in each pan, so they made 18 muffins in a size between regular and mini muffins. I still have those, but they have a seam/ridge around each cup, and I've been hoping to find a similar size that is easier to clean. The cups in this pan are a little wider and shallower, but they're the closest I've found. I use these for muffins, not cupcakes, so I don't care if there are no liners that fit. I like the crust on muffins and liners make the crusts soft. So, Pros: - More crust in proportion to the middles - Easy to clean - Nordic Ware quality, so they should last forever - They are the right size and shape to make tea cakes Cons: - If you're trying to make cupcakes there aren't many liners that will fit - Almost too shiny, so it's harder to get the crusts brown, but that should improve with time - So shallow that it's hard to split the muffins open for buttering - Since the cups are all in one pan it's harder to turn them out, it needs a large platter or a sheet pan

Sturdy, Nice Looking, Bakes Well, Not Made in China

For a mid-grade price, it is very sturdy, nice looking, and is as easy to clean as any other well-made pan. Everything I have baked has come out very well (no burnt edges). I would purchase more pans from this company. I especially love that this wasn't made in China.

Great pan! Makes the greatest sized mini muffins

Great pan! Makes the greatest sized mini muffins, with perfectly even browning on top and bottom. Nordic Ware's Natural Aluminum pans give you a lot of control over browning; they seem to make your goods take longer to brown and thus: 1) give you a longer window of "perfect browness" making it harder to over-brown (as long as you're being attentive), and 2) allows the bottoms to attain the same browness as the tops, rather than browning long before the top. Removed one star due to difficulty of cleaning. The cups have somewhat textured walls (seems to be machining marks). While this is one piece construction, the bottom of the cups has a "seam" where the milling/machining of the sidewalls stop and the smooth bottom begins. This channel is very hard to clean.

Perfect in between size

I was looking for a pan that was in between a mini cupcake pan and a standard size cupcake pan that would be closer in size to what the grocery store sells as "two bite cupcakes". This pan was perfect. A regular cake mix makes three dozen cupcakes in this pan instead of the usual two dozen in a standard pan. There are only two dozen cavities, so I did need to let the pan cool and then make the last dozen to use up the rest of the batter. I was a little hesitant at first because I could not find cupcake papers to fit, but then I found some at the Dollar Tree. The package says 100 count standard size, but you can tell by looking that they are smaller than that. They did stick up about half an inch taller than the pan, but held their shape just fine as it was baking. The pan is the nice, heavy quality that you would expect from Nordic Ware.

Kinda shallow

Not so bad if you use paper cups, but kinda shallow when no liners are used.

My go-to brand for bakeware

I have several of these pans in different sizes. Love the one piece construction. So much easier to clean than the two piece designs. If you hate cleaning muffin pans, these are for you!

Not the same size as normal mini muffins

Like all Nordic Ware products, this is a quality muffin tin. However, I'm deducting one star because they are not the same size as the conventional mini muffin tins. They are a little flatter and wider, so the paper liners don't really fit, and kind of shift around in the holes. If you don't use liners, then these are great.

Easy to clean/Good quality

Finally a cupcake pan without the annoying ridge around top of each muffin hole which is annoying to clean on other pans. This one is easy to clean and durable.

format XXL idéal pour apéro ou dessert

Prenez garde aux dimensions de cette plaque qui est de 27 x 42 cm. Bien large, lourde sans trop, elle prend quasiment la place d'une grille entière dans mon four. C'est tout à fait ce que je souhaitais pour réaliser des fournées de petits gâteaux (salés ou sucrés) qui se mangent en une ou deux bouchées. On remplit chaque moule de l'équivalent d'une cuillère à soupe à peine, on cuit entre 10 et 20 mn selon la recette et on sort 24 mini cakes à chaque fournée, bien cuits et croustillants (je vous glisse mes financiers en photo !). La fonte d'alu enduite est idéale pour faire cuire uniformément ... et n'induit aucune cochonnerie même à haute température. Pour peu qu'on graisse et farine bien, les gâteaux se démoulent en un tour de main. Idéalement optez pour un spray de cuisson, j’ai réussi à en trouver un sur amazon :Silikomart 73.144.99.0001 Aérosol de Beurre pour Décoration (classé dans les aérosols de peinture, il fallait le dénicher !!!). Derniers points d'importance : pas de tampon abrasif ni de lave-vaisselle ! Liquide vaisselle et eau chaude ! Certes ces moules sont chers (surtout en France ...) et un peu moins pratiques que du silicone mais on s'offre des produits d'excellence servant de bons p'tits plats, iconiques aux US et garantis à vie.

Esta bien, es un molde de calidad. Pensé que los orificios eran más pequeños y me sorprendió para bien. Es para un regalo y a su dueña le ha gustado. Todavía no lo ha probado.
