Absolute beast

I had let the hedges get a little out of hand, this baby cleared them no problem, I used it to destroy several over grown oak saplings as well, and a few low hanging branches, absolute delight.

My 24 inch hedger stopped working, this 22 inch model is essentially the same. Shorter reach and lighter.

Easy to Use, Not That Tough

The description suggested it could handle 3/4 inch trimming. I found that it gets stuck on branches no more than 1/2 or so. I tried to clean up some old raspberry brambles with it. None were more than 1/2 inch... blades stopped on all but the smallest vines. Good for trimming new growth only, I guess

looking for some bushes to trim

Bought this product few weeks ago to replaced my electric trimmer. this thing work better than my electric one. only problem is that I only have a few to trim and I ran out of bush to trim, was gonna do the neighbor but, the wife won't let me do it hehe.

Better than described!

The description was good but the trimmer over-delivers which is a refreshing change from most products these days. Lots of power and the battery lasts and lasts. Some assemble required but it comes with instructions and is an easy, quick task.Glad I no longer have to worry about using an extension cord to trim my shrubs. Cheers, Don

We bought this unit for deer hunting

We used this for clearing trails to the blinds at deer camp .While driving the Argo we cut all the branches growing across our trail and at times used one hand to run the Argo and cut the branches as I drove {I don't recommend driving and cutting] . This saved a lot of time and effort plus cleared ferns, tall grass and poplar gads in my shooting lane. I impressed with amount of work I was able to do with 1 battery over a weekend clearing several trails.

Light and durable and keeps on going

Got this hedge trimmer for my 100ft+ long cedar hedge along the property line. This is the first time I've used a trimmer and first time this hedge was trimmed so this trimmer really got a workout and so did I. Because of my inexperience I actually cut the hedge twice because it was not even; I needed to keep getting off the ladder and looking at the hedge to make sure it was even. Anyway, this B & D trimmer seems to work great even on the thicker branches and the 40V battery lasted me about 1.5hrs and that was with a lot of switching it on/off too and still fairly light weight. I have no complaints and I would recommend this one for sure.

Powerful and convenient

The B&D Hedge trimmer was all that it claimed. So much easier to use than the corded one and a lot easier on extension cords. The cutter heads handled the branches as advertised up to 3/4 in. So convenient to not have to wind up 100 ft extension cords. I would definitely recommend this trimmer and don't worry about the lack of power or the time it would run before charging. I used it for 45 minutes and it still hadn't run dead.

Easy to Use - Cuts half Decent

This is my second one only because the first one the battery gave up the ghost, so when that happens it's nearly as cheap to replace the whole Unit !! - Be sure to not leave your battery over winter and not charged for 8mths like I did or your battery may die sooner than you want like mine did.. sucks because batteries are pricy...
