Exactly what I was looking for
Wasn't looking to find a high stand. Just enough to provide some clearance and airflow for my HP Victus. The stand that folds out flops around if you aren't using it so I just chopped it off. It is a little small width wise for a 15.6 but if you don't mind a little wiggle it is plenty stable. Like I said, bought it to provide better air flow and its not too bulky to put into a bag.

Very nice
It is perfect for my tablet, but not quite right for my laptop. The laptop is too heavy and slides right off the bottom. The rubber does not hold it. I had to glue a piece of heavy cardboard across the bottom to hold it. That works okay.

Flappy hinge, feels like it barely holds up an open laptop
I'm disappointed in this. The way a laptop sits on this makes it feel tipsy. The angle is just ok and isn't adjustable at all. The hinge to the fold out stand part is flappy and loose. So if you pick up this stand that part swings wildly. Annoying if you're just trying to pick up a laptop along with this stand and move a short distance. The main reason I bought this was because it was one of the few stands now that doesn't put your machine on a 2 foot tall pedestal (looking angrily at nulaxy). Keeping my eyes open for something better.

Great for the neck and posture
I am so happy to come across this support stand. What a great aid for the neck and posture if you are on the computer for a long period of time. Definitely worth buying. Just take it out of the box and easy to mount.

Product is not suitable for 15 inch alptops
The product is mentioned as 'for laptops up to 15 inch', but it is really not suitable for 15 inch laptop. It is light weight and less of thickness but very bad on sturdiness for a 15 inch laptop. The right and left side of the laptop overhangs more for a 15 inch laptop and it is highly unstable for using a 15 inch laptop over it. It may be good for 12 inch laptops. The product delivery and quality is good. The laptop stand is not suitable for 15 inch laptops. I have tired with two of my dell 15 inch laptops and it is quite dangerous for me to use my 15 inch laptop on this stand for the fear of toppling.

Smart idea
I bought this for my new 2021 MacBook Pro 14inch. I had seen something similar recommended on a YouTube video, and when I saw Amazon Basics produce one, I thought I'd give it a go as I already have their phone stand and think it is a simple but fab bit of kit. This laptop stand is perfect for the size and weight of my laptop. It folds down very compact, so travelling with is would be a breeze. What this stand does: raises the angle of the keyboard, making it more comfortable to type on for long periods, and as it tilts the laptop the screen sits out 2 inches higher (not much, but it depends on what your needs are). It also creates space under the laptop to allow for ventilation. What this stand doesn't do: It does not raise the height of the laptop screen significantly, so if this is something you were looking for, a differently stand is probably a better bet for you. Im really happy with the quality. The stand doesn't move around when in use, and for the money I think it is fab!

A Perfect Balance
I love this simple, elegant, lightweight, excellently designed Laptop raiser. Folds flat, fits nicely in a rucksack, or case. Takes a second to get ready. I have made a thousand fewer typing errors since using this. (I hate laptop keyboards). This stand adds a whole new positive dimension to using a laptop. Easier to sit straight - better for posture and backache. Makes it easier to concentrate, too.

bought this for my xp pen drawing pad, however I tested it out on my mac book air and haven't moved it , never gave thought to having one for my laptop....and its great just the right angle for typing, so needlesss to say had to buy another one for its original use lol.... very happy customer.....

£10 product brings out best of £3000 laptop
Solid product, works with Dell XPS 15 2018 no problems. Aluminium base with plenty of ventilation space stops overheating even when gaming. The rubber grips on the end that hold the laptop up do the job very well and don't overlap even on a very thin laptop (so don't dig into your wrists). And the whole thing folds flat enough to tuck into my laptop sleeve when I'm on the move. The overheating on my laptop means I had to perpetually run it at reduced power in the past, with this I can take off the breaks.
