Love how quiet it is, but it’s slow

Bought this to replace my existing Jack that crapped out. It’s super quiet and smooth, but will test your patience with how slow it is. Thankfully it has the pinned foot to take out some of the range

Lights are not functional.

The lights are not very functional due to the dimness. Not bright at all. Disappointing

5000 lbs is the way to go if you are constantly picking up the back of your vehicle.

This unit seems very well built-though more top heavy than some others. Installing on my trailer was difficult because I needed to go to bigger bolts , and the bottom of the trailer tongue has steel bracing in the way . It does perform as advertised, make sure your trailer battery is fully charged.

Great Jack, a must buy

I guess I could have installed it but I had RV dealer do it. I would have done it at home but we were on the road. The unit was the same price at the RV dealer?? The Jack itself is a 12 out of 10. Slow to lift and lower...very slow but it is good quality. I recommend.

Good jack but there is a problem with the switch then stops working.

The electric jack has a problem with internal connection at the switch. It makes a electrical short circuit sound then stops working.

ground the unit

a little slow but seems to handle the weight of the trailer well 32' car trailer, make sure you ground the unit well
